Our family had a great stay at this property over New Years Eve. Location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shops and waterfront. We also enjoyed the coffee shop across the street for breakfast. The unit was clean and as advertised. Only negatives - the bunk bed in the one bedroom isn’t the greatest - very creaky and mattresses are uncomfortable/ could use replacement. It was also much hotter in that bedroom than the rest of the unit. Additionally, it was a bit noisy at night (dumpsters were emptied outside unit around 3am the first night we were there, which was odd). All in all though, we enjoyed our stay. The unit would be even better during warmer months when the patio space can be enjoyed.
