  • Welcome travelers and welcome to our beautiful brand new home, just off the beautiful Mediterranean promenade where you will found eateries, shops, coffee shops and everything one would require to make their stay that much more special.

    Upon entering the apartment, are guests are welcomed with modern, brand new finishes, with a large living spaces, fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony with outdoor furniture.

    2 bedrooms are also accessible with comfy bedrooms and large bathrooms.

    Living Area: This inviting space is curated for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a comfortable seating arrangement including a sofa bed, seamlessly integrated with a dining area and kitchen. Ideal for social gatherings or accommodating extra guests, the sofa bed adds flexibility to your stay, ensuring everyone enjoys comfort and ease.

    Outdoor Space: Step out onto your exclusive private terrace—an oasis of tranquility offering ample open-air seating amidst a serene ambiance. Ideal for alfresco dining or simply embracing moments of relaxation in a peaceful setting.

    Bathrooms: Indulge in the luxury of two full bathrooms, one conveniently accessible from the living space and the other as an ensuite. The ensuite features a rejuvenating shower while the second bathroom includes a relaxing bathtub.

    Lift Access: Accessible within the common areas, an elevator ensures convenience and ease of movement throughout your stay.

    Kindly note: While accommodating bookings for up to 6 guests, we provide additional folding beds with linens and necessary amenities, ensuring comfort beyond the standard capacity of the apartment.

    Public Transport: Malta boasts an efficient public transport system. Bus stops are scattered throughout Qawra, offering easy access to other parts of the island. The extensive network covers popular destinations, including Valletta, Sliema, and the Malta International Airport.

    Taxis: Taxis are readily available in Qawra, providing a convenient way to travel if you prefer a more personalized and flexible transportation option. You can easily hail a taxi or book one in advance.

    Rental Cars: If you prefer to have your own wheels, several car rental agencies operate in Qawra and the surrounding areas. Renting a car allows you to explore the island at your own pace and visit more remote attractions.

    Bicycle Rentals: For those who enjoy cycling, you can find bike rental shops in Qawra. Exploring the neighborhood and its scenic coastal roads on a bicycle is a delightful way to experience the area.

    Very important notes before booking:

    1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

    2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

    3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

    4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

    5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

    6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

    7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

    - Shower gels
    - Liquid Soap
    - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
    - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
    - Garbage bags
    - Linens for the bed
    - 2 Towels per person

    8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

    9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
