“Bei unsserer Ankunft hat der mitgeteilte Schlosskode nicht funktioniert. Stellen Sie sich vor, Sie stehen verschwitzt mit Koffern vor der Tür und können nicht hinein. Zum Glück ist das am Tag und nicht in der Nacht passiert. Zunächst habe ich es per WhatsApp bei Zzzing gemeldet.
