This home is an old home renovated into apartments. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen had a full sized oven and fridge and there were plenty of kitchen utensils. The listing says it sleeps 4 because there’s a bedroom and pull out sofa, but there were no extra pillows or blankets besides what was on the bed. We had to call and request a blanket for our daughter but the one they brought us needed washing. She used one of the pillows from the bed. We were very grateful for the washer/dryer in the unit! The neighborhood has beautiful, stately homes, but there are also several motels and a liquor store within viewing distance from the house. The front porch is huge, but there is no furniture to sit outside. The back porch has some metal chairs, but no pads for them. The windows have blinds that will slat open, but you can’t pull up. There is lots of promise for this apartment, and it’s great if you don’t plan on spending much time there or you have to work from the unit (great internet), but it maybe isn’t the ideal for a spring break vacation, which is what we came to Florida for.
