We truly enjoyed our family vacation at this lake house. The house is very comfortable with all of the amenities we were looking for. The dock was fantastic and plenty of room for the whole family. We especially enjoyed our time in the huge game room! Also, the property manager was very responsive to any needs that we had during the day.

Old Florida charm with updated amenities. Owners were very good at communicating several times during our stay. Beach items were available and easy to find. Definitely will stay here again.

When you are making plans to come back even before you leave says it all. Parking was easy. Questions were answered promptly. Our place was bright and clean with a beautiful view. The beds were comfortable. The shower was great. This was a magical stay.

We loved being right on the beach and the central location of this unit on the island near restaurants and shops. I will say it was quite bizarre walking into the master bedroom immediately upon entry to the unit! I don't recall a single review mentioning that before, so I figured I would for future renters

Great location right on the beach!

You cannot beat the location of this place! It's right on the beach and close to many hot spots in Indian Rocks Beach. You can walk to many places and enjoy the beach all day and night. The place was clean and organized and had everything we needed.

Amazing location, satisfactory accommodation

The location is unbeatable. Right on the beach. Great part of IRB. Ocean views. The condo however really isn't all that nice. Everything is kind of cheap inside. Just blinds on windows which don't do much to block parking lot lighting so rooms are very bright. Inside kind of reminded us of college dorm rooms, which we weren't expecting. Anyway, you're not here for to be inside so if your expectations are right than you'll enjoy your stay.

This is a gem on Indian Rocks beach

This place is amazing. It’s just as listed. It’s right on the beach and your patio opens to the beach. Very clean place and very close to all the happening parts of the place. The host is very easy to communicate to and check in was easy.

Girl's Birthday Weekend

It was a great place! Morning coffee on the deck looking at the ocean. There were chairs for the beach which is literally the back yard. Saw the dolphins swim by a couple times. We will be back!

Amazing Getaway

When we arrived the host had left us a bottle of red wine, which was a nice surprise! The view of the private beach and sunsets were amazing! We walked the beach every morning and then sat on the deck and drank our coffee. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants. It was a great get-away for us!

Blanket has a new home.

We wanted a quiet location by the ocean. My wife and father in law grew up on an island. When we arrived it was love at first sight. Our time at the beachhouse was wonderful. The room was clean, kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. There was even a nice bottle of wine wating for us. The owner is very polite and there when you need them. The day we left my wife mistaken the blanket on the bed as her own. This was not the case. We emailed the owner in order to mail it back. To our surprise the told us to keep it. They said happy new year and enjoy the blanket. You cant get any better than that! We will be back to the beachhouse, but this time no blankets will go missing! Thanks !
