Girls trip

We had a great stay. Newly renovated and was very clean. Easy communication with owner. Minutes to the beach and nearby restaurants. Onsite parking is a big plus. We would stay here again.

CLEAN CUTE COMFORTABLE

3 family members stayed 6/21/24 for 6 nights. Beds were VERY comfortable. Bedding was spotless and there was plenty of storage for clothing. Living room was comfortable as well, especially the couch. I don't know what the fabric is but it's amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Appliances were clean inside and out. The bathroom is really a decent size and I sure missed the walk in shower this morning when I showered at my home. There were plenty of towels and the beach towels were appreciated as well. Although I thought it odd at first about not having washcloths, I now am in complete agreement with management, it's not sanitary. This is one of cleanest condos I have ever stayed in and that is what is most important to me. I can't be comfortable unless it's clean. The pool is wonderful and we had it to ourselves most days. The beach is a short convenient walk away. The noise level was near to none. Check in/out was a breeze and Antoni is wonderful to work with. I do have a few recommendations but certainly not deal breakers and I absolutely would not hesitate to stay here again! 1. Clothes rack in queen bedroom closet 2. TV in queen bedroom 3. Full length mirror somewhere

Great location and warm pool!

Easy access to the beach and the Clearwater main drag. Loved the pool, it was nice and warm for our December stay. Clean place and nice and spacious. Will definitely recommend and stay again!

A great little getaway exactly as described

The unit is clean and very well stocked. Plenty of room and places to store things. Plenty of parking. Literally two blocks walk to the beach. The unit manager will allow you to use the pool, etc before check-in and after check-out.

Great location, great rental!

The unit was very clean and spacious for a family of four. The location was perfect, close to the beach and a short walk to some great restaurants. The pool was excellent as well. We had a wonderful trip!

Everything was new and just painted. Ver nice Check in time 4 o clock, don’t go early. TV is only set up as streaming. No on site contact person, made communications with manager difficult.

Clean place

Cute and clean little place. Very basically decorated. No curtains in bedrooms and no washcloths in bathrooms. Light above the dining table was burnt out. Beds were comfortable and had bed bug covers which I loved. We received our code 2 hrs before allotted check in time so a bonus. Didn’t have time to check out the other amenities but would stay here again.

Great place to stay with a classic modern vibe. Older amenities were SPOTLESS! The bedding & linens were top tier! Felt like sleeping on a cloud. Clean, comfortable, quiet & safe!

Beautiful Beach!!

This was our first trip to Clearwater Beach and it is lovely! We were traveling with two teenage high school graduates and the space was nice for all of us. The rooms are large and airy and the kitchen had everything we needed. I was concerned before booking about the distance to the beach but it really is an easy walk and not far at all. We will definitely be returning!!

North Beach

I thought it was a good property overall given the age of the property. It was overall pretty clean, there were a couple of issues upon arrival at the room, which the head of housekeeping immediately and quickly resolved. My biggest disappointment was with the condition of the sofa and chair in the main living area, They were stained and dirty to the point neither of us really felt comfortable sitting on them, The kitchen was in good working order as well as the bathroom, however the bathroom showing signs of wear. I would stay here again, the room next door looked fabulous.. It is really convenient to the beach and a good walking distance to everything.
