Uno de los últimos "ma & pa" a la izquierda en Clearwater Beach. Excelente ubicación, a poca distancia de todo. Pequeño y acogedor apartamento en la playa. Mobiliario antiguo pero muy cómodo. La cocina está totalmente equipada con suministros y electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, comidas fáciles de preparar con una gran mesa de cocina. baño grande con ducha La sala de estar es un espacio separado de las habitaciones. Hay una agradable zona de estar al aire libre con una gran vista del agua y el muelle de pesca privado.

Great value for location

Everyone who stayed for this trip was over 30, and it was great for our needs. Place stays cool with the window units. Shower is spacious and the water warms quickly. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was very well stocked! Surrounding area is very quiet and everyone is respectful. Hosts are very responsive. Would recommend!

Cozy place to stay with a dock. Walking distance from Gulf beaches and awsome restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Cockroach problem

Beware- This place is outdated with cockroaches! It was after midnight when we arrived or we would not have stayed. We stayed in a different place for our 2nd night in the area. The host was unwilling to work with us on a refund.

great location

My bf and I stayed here with his two children and we really enjoyed it. The location was great, we could walk across the street to the beach. For the price it was worth it and we would stay here again.

Great location!

We really enjoyed walking to Beautiful Clearwater Beach from Marta and Mike’s place. Marta and Mike were so flexible with our check in. I was so grateful that Marta was around when I had locked her keys in the apartment. She saved me. We had an issue with some pests in the kitchen and they addressed that as best as they could. We felt that an added measure of cleaning and some small updates to the apartment would’ve made the difference on the overall experience.

It was ok ,pros and cons

The check in and communication process was great. The host was very responsive. The location was perfect. Just right off the strip and within walking distance of everything. I realized I forgot to pack all three of our tooth brushes early on, and to my surprise they had little tooth brush kits for this exact situation. Now for the cons. The place is old. The beds absolutely suck and two of them are hard as a rock. Once the towels got wet from a shower they smelled. (Luckily there were plenty of other towels to use). There were bugs in the kitchen. Still not sure what they were. Seen more then once on different days too. We did not cook or utilize the kitchen. Not sure that I would have, even if I had planned too. Basically we slept and showered and was out and about during the day and evening. The experience definitely made me realize I would rather do something like this in the future just on a up scale level. Better then a two bedroom hotel room.

Needs major improvements

Check in and check out was a breeze and the owners were very nice. The apartment was located in a very convenient location to the beach and was walkable to all restaurants. The property however was in a state of disrepair. Upon arrival we noticed a broken down vehicle in the parking area which gave us an uneasy feeling. We found deck chairs that were broken and you had to be careful where you walked on the sun deck for fear of falling through. Our friend, who is disabled, fell through a deck chair that broke as soon as he sat down. Some of the units appeared to have been updated, our friend’s was quite nice, but our unit was very dated, especially the kitchen. The apartment had a musty smell and we had to contend with crawling bugs on the kitchen counters. Our overall experience was not a good one due to the condition of the property which is sad to say because the owners were really good people and appeared to want to help in any way they could.

Great experience!

Everything was perfect. We stayed for our wedding and the rental was super close to the venue. we were able to have people over to prepare and had plenty of space for everyone. We've stayed here a couple times now and its great!

Easy Stay

This property is in a quiet spot but easy walking distance to anything you want to do at Clearwater Beach. Check-in was super easy, parking is available. Property was clean and spacious enough for the 3 adults on our trip. Owner was very responsive. Some easy light maintenance on a couple items would be my only critique on this property. All in all a great stay

perfect weekend condo

we were in town for a conference and had a great experience. check-in was easy and the hosts were easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and walkable to the water and many places to eat and shop. Would definitely recommend for a beach weekend stay!

Great Value

We were just looking for a place to stay on the beach for a few days and not a 5 star resort experience. This place was dated but clean, quite and comfortable. As a plus the long term guests were friendly, there was a nice lounge patio on the roof, good fishing off the little dock, and if you choose a Tiki bar boat will pick you up right from that dock for a tour. We had a fun time and the best price we could find.

Best Vacation Ever!!!

When first arriving, it's not as grand as many places I've stayed over the years, in fact, I had doubts about this very old remodeled motel from a bygone era. But, never judge a book by its cover. Inside was clean, bright, well furnished and above all, welcoming!! The courtyard and dock were amazing, and we had as much to explore on the property, as we had at the beach, which is only a short walk away. Everything is within walking distance and if walking isn't your thing, a trolly comes by every 30 minutes. I could go on and on, but most importantly, we were welcomed as friends when we arrived and left as family. This was absolutely, hands down, the most amazing vacation EVER!!! WE WILL RETURN😁

Quaint, beautiful views, easy walking distance from everything

We loved our stay at this charming, quaint apartment in Clearwater Beach! Sitting on the dock with our coffee watching the birds, cooking breakfast together and eating on the patio, and being able to walk to everything in Clearwater Beach was amazing! Five dollar Lyft ride to Publix for groceries, close to all the fun bars and restaurants (but not too close!) Kitchen was well stocked. Only complaint is the firmness of the mattresses.
