The condo was beautiful and the view was unbelievable! We fell in love with Indian Rocks beach! The water park was an added bonus, we enjoyed floating in lazy river! This was perfect for our girls trip !

We had an amazing stay. We watched dolphins in the bay from the deck every morning. Location was walking distance to the beach, restaurants, coffee shop, waterpark and a really good ice cream shop. The condo was exactly what the pictures show. There was water equipment including wagon, boogie board, cooler, chairs and umbrella all in the exterior door outfront. It was super nice to have 2 full bathrooms and washer/dryer onsite. Communication with host was timely. Host had instructions in binder along with local recommendations. We highly recommended.

Condo was very nice & loved seeing dolphins & mantee from our balcony. Master bed had no box spring so sat low to the ground making it a challenge to get out of bed. Door to balcony could use blind or curtain to help with afternoon sun.

Had an amazing stay at this property. Detailed check in instructions were provided by email. Place was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The 2 bedroom layout was perfect for our family of four, with the kids having their own bedroom with separate beds. There were TVs in the living room, and each bedroom as well. Loved the large balcony for relaxing and taking in the beautiful views. We also took in the sunset on the large sun deck right next to the unit. Unit had everything we needed and the washer/dryer came in very handy. We spent time at the waterpark everyday which was also very clean and well maintained. The beach was a 5 minute walk away and the provided wagon, chairs, umbrella and water toys were very useful.

Check in is super quick and easy. The apartment was very clean and nice. The closet had plenty of beach toys and accessories, which came in handy. We loved the views and the waterpark. The beds were very comfortable. Can't wait to stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised with this vacation rental. You never know what you’re going to get, but this unit comes with everything that you need to make the most of a beach vacation. Most importantly, the unit was clean. I normally have to clean a vacation rental in order to be comfortable, but I didn’t need to here. Also, I love that our two kids were able to be super comfortable in their room that had their own bathroom. I loved that the patio is large and faces both the harbor side and the ocean. The unit was nicely decorated with updated bathrooms and appliances. The location was perfect, central to everything you need. Walking to the beach takes 3-5 minutes, and the rental comes with a cart, a cooler, 4 beach chairs a tent, and some toys for kids. Our favorite spots to eat were all walking distance (VIP Mexican American Cuisine, Monstah Lobstah, and Jimmy Guana’s).We did have a bad smoke detector that kept going off the first two nights we were there, but the maintenance team was very responsive in resolving the issue. They provide multiple phone numbers for you to use to reach someone in case you need assistance, so that was nice. Overall great stay!

Great view, clean & close to beach

Property was very clean with kitchen basics. Appreciated both regular drip coffee pot and Keurig options (bring your own coffee). We enjoyed the view of the canal and birds from the patio. Our teens enjoyed the water park and walking to the beach. Great stay!

Exciting and lovely stay in charming location, felt like paradise

I had one of the best vacations of my life! I love Florida. One of the highlights was swimming in the lazy river. Another was viewing birds off of our balcony! We saw pelicans and lovely gulls. The place was clean and comfortable and cozy and spacious and I really enjoyed my stay with my family. I loved that the waterpark and beach and restaurant were all so close and it was easy to walk around the area.I needed a little assistance figuring something out and they helped me via email/text right away and the issue was resolved quickly.I feel like if anyone I know is every flying to this area, I'd recommend Harbourside Waterpark Resort/Hotel.Great views, great waterpark, great beach, great restaurant. I loved the salmon dinner and the Bahama Mama drink! The servers were so nice too.I'm happy I chose this place. We had a 2nd portion to our trip where we moved to another house to be shared with another family and I so wish we stayed the entire trip at this place since I loved it.

Weekend Relaxation

The condo is great - spacious, very clean, great private deck and also right next door to the shared sun deck, which offers fabulous sunsets. The water park that is included looked like it would be great fun for a family, and had the sun come out even we adults likely would have enjoyed the pool area and lazy river. Our only complaint was the early check out - 10 am is really early to push people out on a weekend, and we would urge management to consider at least 11 if not noon checkouts. But a lovely stay overall.

Family Spring Break

Our stay was great! Condo was clean and very quiet. Located right next to a huge sun deck to view the sunset. We basically had the large sun deck to ourselves. They have recliners and tables set up there. The pool was wonderful and fun for all ages. Condo was very close to the beach and they had some beach supplies available for use- our favorite were the beach chairs! Great stay!

Family Getaway!

Beautiful vacation. The picture online is deceiving. Makes it look like it is ocean front. Very clean, and perfect for the 5 of us. My only complaint, of all the places we have ever stayed it is the most poorly stocked kitchen. No can opener, not enough cups for everyone. No baking sheets. It majorly needs a kitchen restock! Especially for people like us who cook all of our meals in. Overall, it was a wonderful week!

Perfect!

The condo was very clean, very spacious, and in a great location. We walked to get dinner every night and walked to the beach and to the pharmacy. Only got in the car once to go to Publix. The kids loved the water park and having the passes to get in made it so easy and cheap. We had to contact the owner once when the key didn’t work and we got locked out, she immediately called me and fixed the issue! Would love to stay here again !!!

Had a blast

Condo was amazing!! Great views of waterway. It’s quiet on the side we stayed. The sunset is spectacular! The inside of the condo was clean, fully stocked with everything you need to prep meals, towels, hair dryer, towels for pool/water park. You go to gift shop each day to get wrist bands for daily passes for water park. The lazy river was the best part!! Beach is a couple blocks walk. Beach was beautiful!!

Family Fun

The property is perfectly located. The kids loved the splash park. The boat docs were an awesome bonus for us. We had our boat to just jump on when ever we wanted. It was a great boat ride to John’s pass. The condo had everything we need and plenty of space. The only issue we had was the air conditioning was not working properly. It was quite warm in the condo. The second bedroom was hot! The kids ended up camping out in the living room. We did notify the property manager so I’m sure the issue was resolved after we stayed. I was disappointed I was not offered compensation for the uncomfortableness but overall we made the best of it and had a wonderful time.

Great beach vacation

This condo was a fantastic location for my family. We have two children who loved the water park and the beach, which was a very short walk away. The condo is equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable and they had all the beach equipment you could need as well. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Perfect location for walkability to the beach and restaurants/coffee shops/ice cream. We had a great time. Owners were prompt to respond with any issues. The condo was well stocked with kitchen/bath/child/beach needs. Main cons for us were the master bedroom bed was way to soft for us and found it uncomfortable for sleeping and the elevators are super slow to get to the 6th floor. Otherwise great trip!

Quick Trip To The Beach
