A table that seats up to four is the perfect place to play games, enjoy a nice dinner or relax after a day at the beach. As with every SunHost property, the kitchen is stocked with utensils.

The peaceful master bedroom offers a king sized bed, attached bathroom and television, offering privacy. Just off the kitchen is the second guest room, with two twin sized beds. This is a highly popular rental for families due to it's nice layout, and desirable location at Surf Song Resort. The heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities are all within walking distance as well. Linen for all beds, extra pillows sufficient towels for your stay are always provided.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. Just a short walk away is popular John's Pass Village. Located directly across the street, The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing.
