We had a wonderful spring break stay at this Clearwater Beach home! The location was perfect…a quick five-minute walk to the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen to laundry and even beach supplies. Our son especially loved fishing off the dock! The host was very accommodating and easy to reach. We would absolutely stay here again!

Pool was wonderful and warm, clean home, all you could possibly need for the beach, convenient location, kitchen loaded with all the dishes and items needed to cook all of our meals. A wonderful stay!! Highly recommend!

The house was very clean. The host provided everything we needed. There was coffee and plenty of things needed for cooking. The host also provided a list of restaurants in the area that was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again if we return to Clearwater.

Host was accommodating and responsive. Documentation in the house was completed and logical. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Bed and bedding comfortable. Great views. The elevator is nice plus as my parents had planned to come stay with us (they did not make it as my father had recently had a fall). We loved the proximity to the beach and there was plenty of items made available that tcould be taken tot he beach.

The host was very responsive. The home was amazing! All the amenities that we needed were there and the elevator is an extra perk. The balcony that overlooked the water was very relaxing. And the location was in walking distance of plenty of restaurants and stores. We rented a golf cart locally for longer distances when we didn't feel like walking.

Beach vacation

We had a great time during our July 4th stay. The townhouse had all the amenities we needed, the location was great to walk to the beach and restaurants. The communication and check in process was also great and very smooth. Our kids enjoyed using the pool in the afternoon after the morning at the beach.

Wonderful trip to Clearwater and fabulous property!

My family of 5 stayed at this location in June and we absolutely loved it! The house was very clean and amazingly stocked. We enjoyed having use of the fishing poles and pier. Very quick and easy walk to the beach and restaurants. We did not cook or use the grill, but all supplies were available for those who do. Loved sitting on the rooftop patio at night to see the stars. I highly recommend and would definitely come back, for an even longer stay.

Fantastic location, beautiful views

This Vrbo was amazing all around. The home was beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and was also in a perfect location. We walked to the beach, to shop, to Pier 60 and for a boat tour at the marina. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. The views were amazing from the roof top and the balcony. We even saw some dolphins around the dock on our last day there! Thanks for a fantastic trip!

Perfect vacation rental

This townhome exceeded our expectations in every way. It was clean, close to the beach, and had all the amenities that we needed. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and was a much better alternative to a hotel, especially for a family.
