You'll enjoy the access to the two parking spaces and boat slip! Leave the keys at home, walk to dinner, shops and the beach! In the evenings you'll be able to unwind on any of the three balconies or enjoy the courtyard in the back of the complex gazing at the bay! Bring your fishing poles to fish off the back dock!

The house was very spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the supplies, such as toiletries and kitchen supplies that were available for us. The location was nice, walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. I would recommend this house to friends and family and even hope to stay there again one day.

Property was perfect for a family vacation. Close to the beach and shopping. Everyone enjoyed their stay and would definitely stay at this condo again. Host was accommodating and check in/out process was quick and simple.

Property was as listed. On the bay, in close proximity to beach, shops and restaurants . Check the dryer if you are looking for more beach towels. There were a three in a basket downstairs. We discovered several more in the dryer after we bought a couple locally.Overall good experience.

The property is old and looks warn. The unit was fine but the master bedroom does not get cold being on the top floor so sleeping wasn’t great.

Wonderful vacation home

We had a pleasure to stay at this location and we’re really pleased. The condo is very spacious and bigger than we expected. Very well maintained Great location.Close proximity to the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay .

Perfect Beach Getaway

Great location...easy walk to the beach and local stores and restaurants. Clean and just like the pictures. We would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this Vrbo. The Property manager was excellent in responding to our questions. The location is right near many places in Clear Water including the beach.

Great location, everything you need from high chair, beach chairs coolers conveniently at the property. Would definitely consider staying there again. Note: the condo has multiple floors, consider the steps.

Very nice unit close to everything

Very clean unit. Comfortable and relaxing. Walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. The host is very responsive and overall the stay was fantastic.

It’s an awesome location, just be ready for the all the stairs to get up to the bedrooms. Being able to hang out on the dock is plus!

July 4th weekend getaway

Great location and view of fireworks from Coachman Park behind building was an added plus. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Plenty of space for immediate family and daughter's best friend. Super clean which is rare in the VRBOs we have stayed near and at the beach. Will definitely stay in this area again.

Perfect Place

Location was amazing. Walking distance to everything you could want. Unit and furnishings are great. Owner (Karen) was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

Great living space with dock, outdoor area to gather

Perfect location, walk to beautiful beach, fun restaurants, shops and cute coffee shop with fresh baked goods. Plenty of rooms spread out on 3 floors. The main floor was perfect for our gathering. Any questions to host were immediately responded to. Very helpful!

Beyond expectations

What a wonderful condo - beautifully decorated, a lovely place to relax and vacation. The back dock was fun to sit on and watch the boats. It is walking distance to the beach. The condo is three stories with balconies on each level where you can watch sunrises and sunsets’ Ways to improve would be to boost the WiFi signal on the top floor.

Beautiful Condo

The Condo is beautiful and spacious and in the perfect location!! With that said it is a bit noisy at night for older folks like my husband and myself!! Also the beds could use new mattresses!! Sitting out by the dock in the evening watching the dolphins was a real delight every afternoon!! I would recommend this Condo and would definitely stay there again!!
