  • Esta maravillosa cabaña está cruzando la calle desde la entrada pública de la playa, pero en una comunidad residencial. Otoño 2019 completamente remodelado ... ¡básicamente nuevo! Ofreciendo dos amplios dormitorios, dos baños completos, con una amplia sala de estar abierta y cocina. Patio con hoguera, mesas, sillas, bañera de hidromasaje, parrilla, que también ofrece bicicletas y sillas de playa. Camine cerca de la playa, restaurantes, cócteles, helados y muchas otras tiendas. Además, camine media cuadra hasta el fabuloso parque Kolb con tenis, tejo, parque de patinetas, parque infantil, baloncesto o disfrute viendo un partido de béisbol. Los alquileres son de sábado a sábado solo por favor. ¡Esta maravillosa nueva ubicación ofrece algo para todos y seguramente te relajará a ti, a tu familia y a tus amigos!

Our family was of four adults had a wonderful stay here. The cottage was immaculate and the location to the beach and several restaurants was exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit to IRB!

Everything was great. The only issue I had was if you are over 6’2” the showers are gonna be a little short for you. Besides that everything was nice

We absolutely loved our stay at A Beachy Keen Cottage! Steps away from the beach, yet still on a quieter road. Great restaurants in walking distance also!

This house was beautiful and updated. The house offered anything a person would need at the beach, from beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, etc. The house offers great quality appliances and furniture. The location was spot on and directly across from beach access, which is convenient when going to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and I would recommend this place to anyone who would be considering their stay in Indian Rocks. We have been coming to the area for several years and this is the nicest house we have rented.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the beach just steps away. The updated kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked with every appliance we needed, making it easy to prepare meals throughout our stay.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the spacious family areas gave everyone plenty of room to relax and spend time together. One of our favorite surprises was all of the beach gear that was provided—chairs, toys, and everything else we could possibly need. There was more than enough for our group of six!This property truly had everything we were looking for and exceeded our expectations in every way. It was the perfect home away from home, and we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

The property exceeded my expectations! If I were to host a property, the decor and finishes are exactly what I would pick. The home was very clean, beautiful and well stocked. The kitchen was well appointed with pans and cooking utensils. It really had everything we needed and more! We enjoyed using the bikes to ride to our families VRBO and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future.

10/10 Just as beautiful in person as it is in the photos! The cottage had all of the comforts of home and more. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a lovely weekend. We enjoyed riding the bikes through the neighborhood which was so adorable with old Florida charm. The location to the beach was just perfect, it was a very easy walk so you can pop back and forth. I wish we had more time to stay! Beds were comfortable and decor absolutely adorable! Loved it!

I stay in this house was perfect . The house was very clean and well appointed top quality furniture and kitchen items. The only problem was the weather, but I don’t think VRBO can do anything about that will try again another time.

Property was just as detailed in the description. All amenities (beach gear, towels etc.) were available as pictured. My family and I were in town for the weekend while a tropical storm tried to make it to shore. Unfortunately this cut down on our beach time but we found so many entertaining venues nearby that we still had a great time. There is a great Bar and Grill just down the street from the house and an amazing coffee shop (The Grove) around the corner that was fun to walk to in the morning. Paula was easy to communicate with and check in was smooth! The beds were comfortable and the house was beautifully and tastefully decorated. The walk to the beach was super easy thanks to the availability of a wagon and right by the public beach access. Paula has a binder of house rules and requests upon check out (totally reasonable) and I would definitely stay here again!
