Este condominio frente al mar en el último piso, maravillosamente renovado, de 2 habitaciones / 2 baños, es simplemente hermoso. Bien equipado con todas las comodidades del hogar, sala de estar y comedor abiertos y vistas increíbles de la Bahía de Boca Ciega desde el balcón privado, la sala de estar, la cocina y el comedor, ¡es maravilloso! ¡Es probable que veas delfines nadando, navegantes pasando y algunos incluso tienen la suerte de ver un manatí o 2! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The setting is beautiful. Good location to lots of shopping. The unit was VETY clean when we arrived. Overall- nice but needs updating. A bit shabby and needing repair. Bathroom fixtures and grout need to be replaced or repair. The carpet is slightly stained but overall not to bad.

Very nice unit

This is a very nice unit. The living room is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms are all nice and well equipped. It also has a nice dining table. We loved the view of the bay from the spacious decks and saw dolphins on many occasions. Nice private swimming pool as well and great parking under the building. There is a word of caution about this unit. It is on the top floor of a two-story building so there are 2 sets of stairs to get to the unit from the parking area. If you are older or have any issues navigating stairs you should probably look elsewhere. There were a couple of minor issues when we checked in but they were immediately taken care of even though it was the day after a tropical storm. That said, we love the Treasure Island area and this was our second visit to the area. Publix is about a block away from this unit and the beach is about 3 blocks away. There’s a variety of very good restaurants nearby. It always feels safe here day or night

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at other Amadeus units & #9 was a bit lack luster in comparison. We were welcomed by the smell of cigarette smoke-enough to affect everyone’s clothes. There was a dirty sponge & empty hand soap in kitchen. Why?? Dishwasher had stagnant sitting water inside when we arrived. Several small things like no ice maker, old dirty furniture, sticky sliding doors, horrible fans, dingy vibe all around brought down our comfort & excitement level of being in the unit. A/C works & great relaxing views helped. Address those things, maybe upgrade some finishings while adding small conveniences like a keypad door lock would be nice. Umbrellas or more shade on the pool & deck area would also be tremendous.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The view was terrific. However- several items needed attention. I couldn’t even use the ceiling fan in main bedroom because it made so much racquet (even on the lowest setting). The shower knob handle looked moldy /dirty.The tv in bedroom wasn’t functional. The tv in the living room was only 38 inches and could’ve had a streaming service on it. All of the furniture seemed old and sunken in.Kitchen cooking tools/cutting board were very scarce. My mother slept very uncomfortably in the twin sized bed. This place definitely has a lot of potential, but I wouldn’t stay at this unit again due to the previously mentioned items.

Good property, nice neighborhood

The place was bright. Not newly renovated. It was a little bit older. Ample space. Nice deck and the dock was nice. Pool was clean. We saw lots of dolphins and caught a lot of fish.

Nice location close to beach

Property was in good area and close to stores, restaurants, and the beach. Felt a bit dated inside, but everything worked and was usable. Some slight updates on beds, linens, and stocking a few essential items in the kitchen would go a long way especially for guests on longer stays. Overall was very nice and we had a lot of fun. Thanks!

Vacation 2021

Nice place and location. A bit dated and needs some renovations. Disappointed that I had to bring and buy most everything for the kitchen except pots and pans. Didn’t have a pitcher to make crystal light. $20 goes a long way at Dollar Tree. Overall stay was nice and beds were comfortable. Computer monitor for the TV in the bedroom was ridiculous and no TV in the other room. Price was decent and pool area was really nice. Close to everything. Well within walking distance for groceries, restaurants, beach, etc. pretty happy with our stay.

The condo was clean and had the amenities that you would expect - although there was no hair dryer as advertised which only matters if you have hair that really needs a hair dryer. There is some wear in the unit but nothing that affected our stay.

The TV in master bedroom was so tiny you could hardly see it as well as not in the best working condition as the volume bar never went away. There was no TV is second room which wasn't ideal with kids. The TV is the living area is on the smaller side and should be in the master. The blinds in the living area need replacement as well as the sofa bed not comfortable at all. It looks like the other units have been upgraded "some" anyway and this one was left out. Should also consider putting a table for eating on deck like other units have.

You can’t go wrong staying here

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay! This was our second time staying here. The people at Resort Rentals are very professional and helpful. The property is well maintained and beautiful. The view from our balcony was gorgeous- dolphins swimming by, birds diving for fish, stunning sunrises and beautiful stars reflected in the water. Great location as there is a grocery store, Walgreens and many stores and restaurants within walking distance. There is spark right across the street from the property that house a flea market complete with life music on Fridays. The other people staying were so friendly and it was always enjoyable to visit with them around the swimming pool at the property. We definitely hope to come back!

Summer Vacation of 2019

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This trip was our 3rd stay at Amadeus (2nd time in #9). We absolutely love this area and will return in the future. The only thing that we would like to see change is an upgrade to a few things in the condo. We came down in June of 2012 and the condo still has the same kitchen as then as it does now in 2019. A slight upgrade would do this property some good. I use the kitchen a great deal on vacation as I would at my own home and seeing a new stove, refrigerator and sink faucet will definitely make my rating all 5 stars. Overall, the property is an excellent stay and convenience to everything needed to make a great vacation happen again and again.

Fantastic Condo unit

We love d the bay view and were surprised to see the dolphins every day we were there.I love the Treasure island area because the beaches are so clean and laid back for family's of all sizes. We were just down the block from a Publix's that had very good prices on allot of items we needed. So many great coffee shops and restaurants that I don't have the space to include them all. We'll definitely be back. Also the pool and grounds were kept in excellent shape.

Reviewer Comments: The condo/balcony was a bit smaller than it appears in the photos. The beds were small and uncomfortable. The duct tape in the refrigerator was no longer keeping the light bulb in place and the outlet in bathroom off the "master" bedroom does not work. Hauling our luggage and groceries up 3 flights of stairs is a great workout if your up for it!!I would not recommend this property to any friends or relatives.
