Increíble condominio frente al mar 3BR / 2BA - Espectacular Vista

Fabuloso 3 dormitorios / 2 baños condominio frente al mar se encuentra en las playas de arena blanca privada en el Golfo de México. Condo duerme 8-10. vista sudoeste espectacular desde el balcón de gran tamaño en el quinto piso. Nuestro complejo más pequeño ofrece el aislamiento y la privacidad de un una escapada escapada para dos o puede acomodar unas vacaciones en familia lleno de un sinfín de actividades, tanto en el sitio, a poca distancia de la propiedad.

El interior cuenta con 1,250 pies cuadrados de espacio abierto. Vistas del Golfo de México desde varias habitaciones.

Cocina totalmente equipada con una cocina en el bar.

El comedor ofrece amplios asientos para seis y el salón cuenta con un sillón reclinable y un sofá seccional de reina. Completar con televisión de pantalla plana y un reproductor de Blu-ray.

¡Qué vista, Las puertas correderas de cristal se abren completamente para una vista sin obstáculos del Golfo de México.

El balcón privado es completo con mesa de patio para cuatro, un planeador y cómodo sillones perfectos para disfrutar de algunas de las vistas más hermosas que jamás experiencia.

El dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama King size, televisión de pantalla plana, walk-in closet y vestidor privado con espejo y una silla completa con baño principal.

El segundo dormitorio con una cama matrimonial y una cama tamaño todo. Televisor de pantalla plana. Grande walk-in closet y amplia capacidad de almacenamiento cómoda. El dormitorio es adyacente al baño de invitados.

El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama de tamaño completo con televisión de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD incorporado. Completo con walk-in closet y amplia capacidad de almacenamiento cómoda.

La unidad también cuenta con una lavandería en la suite. También hay servicio de teléfono, Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad, y 7 días a la semana el personal de gestión y mantenimiento in situ.

Great Stay

We loved the condo. It is clean, updated and has one of the best views on the beach. Everything is included with this condo, including all the chairs, towels, beach toys, and umbrellas, We will stay at this place again next time we come to Florida.

Summer Vacation

Spent 4th of July week here with college age adult children and their significants. Place was very clean, conveniently located, and right on the beach! Seaview 502 had all the things needed for an excellent vacation.

Great Spring Break Vacation

Condo was updated very well and in a great location. Condo was close enough to many restaurants that we were able to walk too. Beach was beautiful and pool and hot tub area was great. We hated to leave had a great time

The beach

We travel to this area every year for week. This is one of the nicest condo’s for the money we have stayed at. Nice layout, master suite, and fully equipped kitchen. Renter was very responsive to our questions. Great location.

Great place and location.

My husband and I stayed here with our three boys and loved it. The condo was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The property was also well maintained with a pool and hot tub. We come down frequently and this has been our favorite condo so far. For us, it was also within walking distance to a lot of shops and a few restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Winter Getaway

My family and I stayed at this beautiful property in mid-January, 2024. We enjoyed the condo, spacious layout, parking and, of course, the beach and gorgeous view! We had a great week away from the temps at our upper-midwest home!

Perfect once again!

We stayed here a couple years ago and this time was just as great! Condo has everything you need, including an amazing view! Communication was great and the location is perfect as well! Highly recommend and we will be back!

Enjoyable Stay

We had a Great time. Condo had chairs & umbrellas to use at the beach, plus sand toys for the grand kids. Pool was nice with plenty of seating. Condo had everything we needed, well maintained. We will definitely be back!

The condominium was beautiful , three bedrooms, two full baths, fully stacked kitchen plus other amenities. To our surprise,it had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers . Location doesn’t get any better right on the beach. We felt very safe on this property. Building was secure, pool access was also secured by security gates. Management was also very quick to respond with a minor issue I had with parking. They were great to deal with. I definitely recommend this property.

This condo is a MUST STAY for families!

We stayed here for a family vacation...my husband and I, our 2 adult kids and their spouse/significant other, and our 19 month old grandson. The condo was perfect in size for all 7 of us, was exactly as described, very clean, had everything you needed and more for adults and infants/toddlers and also for the beach (towels, kids toys, football, cart to bring stuff to the beach, coolers, EVERYTHING!). Loved that there was a pool, hot tub, and that this was right at the beach. We all had a great time. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome vacation

This rental was spectacular. Much more updated than the unit we rented last year. Beach is beautiful and having a pool/hot tub oceanfront is great. Lots to do. Favorite restaurants Conch Republic, the reef, guppy’s on the beach.

Amenities Galore!

The condo exceeded our expectations! The unit was clean and had every amenity you could ever imagine, plus many more. The owner did not miss anything. This unit is perfect for families! Never felt crowded. The pool area is beautiful and the beach is clean. I have traveled for 30 years and can say this unit was by far the best condo I have ever stayed in. Would highly recommend!!!

It was THE BEST!

We were very happy with the condo and both the owner and manager. It looked EXACTLY as the pictures and everything from the wall decor to the beds was perfect. Kitchen was better equipped than mine (and I fancy myself a good cook and baker) . Views were awesome and we saw dolphins EVERY day! Very close to John's Pass and also convenient to grocery and any other store you may want to visit. I normally say I don't want to go back, that I want to go somewhere new, BUT I would love to go back and will be planning another visit next year.

Great place for quiet family vacation

We really enjoyed this property. Everything was clean and as advertised. Our flight arrived after 6pm and we had no problem accessing the property. We are from Minnesota and wondered if we could swim (given our stay was at Christmas and highs were low 70s). While the sea was really brisk, both the heated pool and super hot spa meant we swam every day and could relax by the pool. Apartment was quiet even though lots of others were staying over the period. Everyone was friendly. Lots of restaurants in walking distance (including over the road), and there is a large supermarket (i.e., Publix) one mile away.

Fantastic place to stay

My husband and I, along with our daughter and husband and their 2 children (6 and 4) just stayed for a week in this condo, which was clean and had everything we needed to make our week so enjoyable. We loved the size of the balcony along with the location that was just a little north of the main noise and activities of John's Pass - the condo and area were very quiet. Our grandkids loved the pool, which was a perfect temperature and finding a chair to lounge on was never a problem (even though there were many chairs each day that had a towel, most likely to reserve said chair - and that was supposed to not be able to happen, but not sure how that could be enforced). We never had to wait for the elevator. The adults had plenty of room to play cards around the large dining table and having a washer and dryer right in the unit (vs being down the hall) was extremely handy! All in all, this condo and the building itself was very preferable compared to other units that we have rented in Madeira Beach!

We saw dolphins every day from our balcony!

Condo was very clean and had everything you need for a vacation and then some. You will feel like you are at home. You are on the 5tho floor and have a perfect view of both the ocean and pool. We saw dolphins every single day, in the morning, afternoon and evening. We saw them jump up too! Location is awesome too. You have restaurants within walking distance. Supermarket is a 4 minute drive and Johns Pass too. It was very hard to leave this morning. We will definitely miss this place! We drove from Toronto, Canada and met a lot of repeat customers from this Seaview condominium, people that have been coming for 10, 15 and 28 years. You will live this place and not regret booking here. Enjoy and thank you so much Carla for a wonderful experience :)

Beach work disturbed time on beach, at pool and on patio during daytime hours.

The condo was mostly clean with some sweeties candy pieces in the area rug of the living room. The gulf views were very nice and the location was good. Unfortunately there was work on the breakers (?) in front of the condo building with loud pounding of the breaker pieces And heavy equipment being moved around on the area of the beach beside and behind the breakers. Disturbed the beach and condo areas. Also were informed a few days before our stay that there were 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwashing pods, 2 trash bags and 2 laundry pods and that it was a self catering condo so we were responsible for any supplies if the limited supplies ran out. We weren’t happy about that and it was not mentioned at all in the listing info so we did end up buying some supplies since there were 3 of us there for a week. Just disappointed with that.
