Great view amazing service and amenities. Location great if you wanted to walk to resturants or pier even better beach was just steps away and not very crowded. Provided chairs umbrella floats sand toys and towels for beach such convience for the family

Great price point, location.

This is our 2nd stay at the Avalon and we would highly recommend it for families. The condos are spacious and have all of the amenities you would ever need. Great location on the beach and a short walk to all of the bars/restaurants, pier 60 and more attractions.

Great location

We had a great 3 night stay. Location was perfect. We enjoyed the pool. Staff were nice and helpful and beach access was easy. We recommend a gulf view room. Sunset every night!

We loved staying at Avalon. The property and staff are wonderful. The location is great! You can easily walk to nightspots, shopping and dining. We loved it and hope to be back!

Great option for a Clearwater vacation

Really enjoyed our stay in a nice suite with a beautiful view. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to visit the Avalon again.

Theo overall stay was great. Location was amazing and great view. The sofa sleeper was the only negative. Two young adults, it was uncomfortable and noisy and got hard to sleep on by the 3rd night.

Beautiful Property in a Great Location

Came to Clearwater for the marathon with a couple of friends. The location was perfect - walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The unit was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the beach. Front desk was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
