  • This 4th floor Condo/Studio unit is located on Treasure Island, with a white sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico close to both Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airport and Tampa International Airport. Staying here won’t break your pocketbook and you will have everything you need for either a quick weekend getaway or a three month winter retreat.

    Feel the breeze and watch the waves from your King Bed and Private Balcony overlooking the ocean.

    Amenities include heated pool, full size pull out couch perfect for a family of 4. Cable TV, large flat screen with internet WiFi access available, Blue Ray DVD Player, Full kitchen including microwave, dinnerware service for 4, a full set of cookware, utensils, full size refrigerator, two-burner electric stove, microwave and ceramic tile floor throughout. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare great meals. An outside grill is in the court yard and available for all to use. A Washer/Dryer is available onsite. Linens and towels are furnished. Private dock and RV parking available.

    Enjoy one of dozens of eating and drinking establishments that are within minutes of this resort. Or, if you prefer, shop for groceries just a few blocks away, then cook at “home” while sipping a cocktail on your private balcony.

    The furniture is “beach designer”, very clean and comfortable.

    Enjoy the poolside Tiki Bar, heated pool, or swimming and fishing in the Gulf surf.

    Bring your watercraft with you. There is a private dock and boat ramp for your convenience. There is also designated parking for your RV, all just across the street on the Intracoastal Waterway with access to Boca Ciega Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

Perfect location right on the beach. Room was clean and beach chairs/cooler was available for use. Pool was nice and tiki bar reasonably priced.

Our view was heavenly to say the least! We were pleased with the property and never had any real issues. The restaurants nearby were very good! We really enjoyed it!

Great location, incredible view! Loved the tiki bar by the pool (best pina colada!!) and the beach was of course amazing! The bed was very comfortable and we loved having plenty of towels in the room!Bathroom could use an upgrade/update and we were bummed there wasn’t soap or shampoo available but Publix was a quick easy walk for anything we needed! We had a great stay & communication was great!

We came for the beach and the sunsets and this place delivered. We only stayed 2 nights and ate out mostly but the room was well stocked for those who’d want to cook meals. Property employees were all very nice and as the place was well kept.

My stay at this VRBO was very good. It was clean and located in an excellent location. The property had all of the amenities as described. I would suggest that the owners replace the beach chairs and umbrella, due to excessive wear and tear. I carried them out to the beach and didn't realized their self had expired.

The people working at this resort were so friendly, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and the host was so accommodating really appreciate everything and I will be back!

We have stayed at this location multiple times and always enjoyed ourselves. Has everything you need, a short walk to the beach, and beautiful sunsets.. Debra is always available if you need anything at all.

Nice, well appointed room right on the Gulf of America! Had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Kitchen had good selection of pots pans plates cups etc. Beach accessories provided as well which is a plus. Would definitley stay again. Bed is comfy too which is a big plus!

The view is beautiful and the beach is awesome. Our favorite spot was on the balcony in the morning! The office people were very friendly. When we got there the floor in the room was damp from humidity and cleaning fluid still on floor which made us notice that the floor wasn’t clean. My husband mopped it with the swiffer wetjet that was there which isn’t the best way to clean a floor that size. There is a hot water issue with the building so you have to run the water for 20 minutes before you can take a hot shower. We didn’t realize this for a couple of days so took cold showers.

Perfect vacation, and location. Easy half mile walk to Publix, and to a couple nice restaurants. The balcony facing the Gulf was just perfect.

Fantastic everything!

From the location to the cleanliness, everything was fantastic! The room had everything you need for a beach stay. Tiki bar was awesome, as was the heated pool. Can walk to restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I just needed to reset and relax! The view and direct beach access is exactly what we needed! The pool and tiki bar was so much fun! We walked to Sloppy Joes for dinner, and ubered to Johns Pass for the afternoon! Already looking at dates for a return trip!
