We loved our stay here, especially the kids. It was such a unique stay that the kids will talk about forever! Especially finding the hidden room on our last day there, filled with even more fun surprises, games, and entertainment. Peter was such an excellent host with remarkable communications too. Great house uniquely designed. Great family get away. Only issue ice maker didn’t work but all else fabulous. Great location to great restaurants, beaches and fishing. Would definitely recommend.

The home was beyond what we expected. Cleanliness was on pointQuite locationPlenty amenities available and enjoyed each one.The decor was really enjoyed by the grandkids who picked out the place. They saw pictures online and were not disapppointed when we arrived.One thing that really stuck out were the dishes and pot/pans being so clean and in great condition. Previous homes we have rentend have rusted pots/pans and stained dishes. There was also more than one toilet tissue refill in each bathroom which was a plus.The overall stay was awesome. Would reccommend to others.

This is a wonderful house. Unlike anything I have ever stayed at before.

Beautifully decorated home, very creative and fun themes in each room. Our family of 9 with two toddlers had a wonderful time here. Plenty of towels, linens, toys, bikes, beach stuff, so many game we couldn’t get to them all. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked including spices. The pool was amazing and the hot tub was great in the evening. Outdoor golf,and bowling lane were A lot of fun too! Don’t miss out on staying here. Our host was so helpful and nice. We had a wonderful family vacation here!

A must stay at house

Hands down the best place we have stayed at our kids have nominated this house as their #1 The weather ended up not being great but it was okay! We didnt even need to leave the house so much to do. The theater was the crowd favorite … owner was amazing and super responsive. 10/10 recommend!

One of the best vacation rentals!

Title: Perfect Vacation Home for All Ages!We had an incredible stay at this beautiful, spacious house! It was immaculately clean and packed with amenities that kept everyone entertained, from the kids to the adults. The theater room, swimming pool, hot tub, mini-golf course, pool table, and game room were a hit with the whole group.The kids were particularly thrilled with the themed bedrooms, which added a magical touch to their stay. The entertainment space was perfect for our New Year’s celebration with four families—it had everything we needed to make the event memorable.The host was professional, friendly, and extremely responsive, ensuring our experience was seamless from start to finish. Wonderful

What an amazing house! So much attention to detail. Our teens were in heaven! The decor is mind blowing, worth every penny. The jacuzzi gets super hot which was perfect. Grocery store & restaurants are 5 minutes away. Everything we needed was in the kitchen, great pans too!

Really cool place!

One of the coolest houses ive ever been in. The themed rooms, the cleanliness, and everything you need is there. Whoever designed and decorated the rooms, and the attention to detail are amazing! The only negative thing I could say is, the listing says that there is a murphy bed in the play room but there is not, its a roll away bed in a closet. Certainly not a deal breaker. If you have kids they will love it all. Thanks Peter for being a great host. If we find ourselves back in that area we would definitely rent again.

One of a kind

I gotta say this place has had a lot of thought and effort put into the designing it’s very creative and the atmosphere is great! Movie theater is spacious the hot tub and the pool was a great touch to my stay here my family and friends enjoyed the place hands down will probably rebook in the future I had a great time and Peter was very communicative about everything!

Awesome time at Amenity Paradise!

What an awesome time at the Amenity Paradise in Palm Harbor! The theme rooms were so unique and what detail went into the decor, the theater room was such a hit with the whole family, adults and grandkids truly enjoyed family time. Great memories for all. Fantastic Stay

Had to organize a bachelor party in Tampa for 10 people and this House was an absolute blast! We had so much fun at the house with all the amenities that at no point did it feel like we had to go out ! 12/10 review from me ! This place is somehow even cooler in person than the pictures !

Perfect family vacation rental

Our extended family of 14 (8 kids + 6 adults) had the perfect week at Peter's rental. We have rented over a dozed other VRBO's in the past few years and we felt this was the cleanest rental we have stayed in to date. The movie theatre was incredible, the game room a ton of fun for the kids, and the pool and outdoor spaces were enjoyed by the all. Peter went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay and it was sincerely appreciated. We really enjoyed the neighborhood this house is located in, within easy walking and biking distance to several local bars and restaurants and the Pinellas bike trail, which is a very well maintained bike trail connecting many other communities in the area. We have this rental on our short list of rentals to return to someday and appreciated the opportunity to call this rental home for a week.

Spring Break w/Family

Property as advertised. Great communication with host, clean, great location and what a treat for the grandkids. Walking distance to a great park, very close to Honeymoon Beach and two blocks from a great paved trail for biking, walking and running. The various themes in each room were a hit but the theater room for movies, sports and karaoke stole the show. Thank you Peter and team.

Early Spring Getaway

Trip was awesome with lots to do and theme style rooms added to the appeal of our stay. Everyone enjoyed themselves and located very close to a lot of family fun attractions and things to do. Would definitely stay again.
