  • Amazing Beachfront Balcony Condo - Acaba de gastar $ 40K en actualizar la unidad. NUEVA KING Tamaño de la cama Serta: azulejos en todas partes - SIN ALFOMBRAS - 2 habitaciones, 2 baños. Tenemos vistas totalmente despejadas de la playa de arena blanca desde nuestro balcón y la sala de estar / comedor / cocina ... Vistas increíbles ... nuestro balcón tiene 20 pies de largo y 8 pies de ancho ... no te decepcionará. Observe las hermosas puestas de sol desde su balcón o en la playa. Estamos directamente en la playa, nunca cruzar una carretera para llegar a la playa. El dormitorio principal tiene una bañera con ducha que se une con encimeras de granito y baño con cajones. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y el segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas matrimoniales. ¡Tenemos un televisor de 50 PULGADAS en la sala para tu entretenimiento con más de 250 canales! INTERNET GRATUITO en la unidad (el edificio cobra $ 30 por semana.

    La piscina junto a la playa es especialmente bonita y recientemente renovada con muchas sillas y glorietas para sombra. Puede elegir pasar sus días explorando la playa de arena blanca o descansando junto a la piscina. Si prefiere pescar o navegar en bote, hay un muelle de pesca privado y un muelle para embarcaciones al otro lado de la calle.

There is construction going on , it’s not terribly loud but it’s ongoing. The unit was perfect. The view was spectacular. Host was easy to contact. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely condo, kitchen amenities were perfect for the two of us, friendly office staff, host was helpful the few times we were in contact. The view from the balcony is incredible and a great place to read, relax, and enjoy the pleasant weather.

The condo was amazing! Great location right on the beach and it was spotless. The heated pool was also wonderful. We had EVERYTHING we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The host also provided many items for us to use at the beach! Overall, it was a marvelous stay and the host was great at communicating with us. Would absolutely stay again!!

Very nice location. Property was spacious. Have gorgeous Gulf view from the balcony. Beach is couple of minutes walk away. Unit was amply and well stocked. It was spick and span. Garcias are very gracious and accommodating hosts. Will love to come back. PS: You can spot dolphins swimming across.

We have stayed at the Holiday Villas III many times. This was by far the best condo. It was immaculate, beds very comfortable, kitchen was stocked very well and beach chairs were provided. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars on every aspect was because of the construction that prevented us from using the pool all day. Instructions for check in and out were very clear. Will definitely be back.

Indian Shores condo

Perfect location just steps from the beach. The condo was spacious, very comfortable and spotless. Kitchen was well equipped. Dania is an exceptional host and incredibly responsive.

Construction at facilities was a bummer but Dania was very upfront about it. Unbeatable view and location.

Such a great stay!

Our family had such a great time at this condo! It was super clean and we were excited to see beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and toys supplied in the closet on the balcony. Beautiful views from the balcony and easy check-in process. We will be back again.

Beach getaway

The condo was very comfortable. The beach was in good repair after the rough hurricane season. Outside building and pool still had some construction but was expected for area. I was only interested in beach and inside so perfect for me.

At the beach

This was a ver updated and lovely condo right on the beach. Awesome view from the balcony of the ocean and sunsets! The complex was well kept and the staff and neighbors were all kind and helpful. Dania was on it with all communication. We will definitely be back next year.

A perfect vacation spot!

The location could not have been more perfect! The beach was absolutely amazing! My teens loved the pool. The condo had everything that we needed. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We found lots of great food nearby. We spent a day on Shell Key, took short drives to explore Pier 60 Clearwater, John’s Pass, St Pete Pier, Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. We can’t wait to return!

Best location ever

This property is superb. There were issues with unexpected construction and Dania went out of her way to accomadate us. You wont be disapointed with this property.

Beautiful condo, very clean , great location

I my granddaughter and great granddaughter were staying with me for the week, it was perfect for all of us. The owner was very easy to contact, and was able to resolve an issue with the door immediately. I’ll certainly want to return in the future.

Beautiful sunsets

We spent three nights here early enjoyed it. Very comfortable well equipped condo. Nice patio with great ocean view. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. We ate lunch at restaurants nearby. That’s in a mile away there is a fresh seafood store where are they yet the seafood right off their own boats behind the shop. They will steam delicious peel and eat shrimp for you which makes a wonderful meal on the patio watching the sunset. Beach is excellent little while.
