We have completely unobstructed views of the sandy white beach from our balcony and the living room/dining room/kitchen ... Amazing view ... our balcony is 20 feet long and 8 ft wide...you will not be disappointed. Watch the beautiful sunsets from your balcony or on the beach. We are directly on the beach, never cross a road to get to the beach. The master bedroom has a joining shower tub with granite countertops and drawer cabinetry bathroom. Master bedroom has a King size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds. We have a 50 INCH TV in the living room for your entertainment with over 250 channels!!!

    The Beachside Pool is Especially Nice and Newly refurbished with Lots of Chairs and Gazebos for Shade. You Can Choose to Spend Your Days Exploring the White Sand Beach or Lounging by the Pool. If You Prefer Fishing or Boating, There is a Private Fishing Pier and Boat Dock Across the Street.

    Lots to do!: The complex also has out door grills, picnic area, plenty of lounge chairs & shuffle board or you can take nice long strolls up and down your beautiful beach and see the dolphins splashing or lounge by pool and listen to soothing sounds of the Gulf at your feet!! Lovely condo, kitchen amenities were perfect for the two of us, friendly office staff, host was helpful the few times we were in contact. The view from the balcony is incredible and a great place to read, relax, and enjoy the pleasant weather.

The condo was amazing! Great location right on the beach and it was spotless. The heated pool was also wonderful. We had EVERYTHING we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The host also provided many items for us to use at the beach! Overall, it was a marvelous stay and the host was great at communicating with us. Would absolutely stay again!!

Indian Shores condo

Perfect location just steps from the beach. The condo was spacious, very comfortable and spotless. Kitchen was well equipped. Dania is an exceptional host and incredibly responsive.

Beach getaway

The condo was very comfortable. The beach was in good repair after the rough hurricane season. Outside building and pool still had some construction but was expected for area. I was only interested in beach and inside so perfect for me.

Such a great stay!

Our family had such a great time at this condo! It was super clean and we were excited to see beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and toys supplied in the closet on the balcony. Beautiful views from the balcony and easy check-in process. We will be back again.

At the beach

This was a ver updated and lovely condo right on the beach. Awesome view from the balcony of the ocean and sunsets! The complex was well kept and the staff and neighbors were all kind and helpful. Dania was on it with all communication. We will definitely be back next year.

A perfect vacation spot!

The location could not have been more perfect! The beach was absolutely amazing! My teens loved the pool. The condo had everything that we needed. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We found lots of great food nearby. We spent a day on Shell Key, took short drives to explore Pier 60 Clearwater, John’s Pass, St Pete Pier, Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful condo, very clean , great location

I my granddaughter and great granddaughter were staying with me for the week, it was perfect for all of us. The owner was very easy to contact, and was able to resolve an issue with the door immediately. I’ll certainly want to return in the future.

This property is superb. There were issues with unexpected construction and Dania went out of her way to accomadate us. You wont be disapointed with this property.

Beautiful sunsets

We spent three nights here early enjoyed it. Very comfortable well equipped condo. Nice patio with great ocean view. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. We ate lunch at restaurants nearby. That’s in a mile away there is a fresh seafood store where are they yet the seafood right off their own boats behind the shop. They will steam delicious peel and eat shrimp for you which makes a wonderful meal on the patio watching the sunset. Beach is excellent little while.

Lovely beach condo

Condo is lovely with great beach and water views and easy access to pool and beach! We were surprised by the move of designated parking spot to across the street. Construction on building exterior made our stay less than perfect.

Very clean, freshly updated condo

Freshly updated and sparkling clean condo. And Dania was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Unfortunately maintenance workers were sandblasting the decks in our stack during our stay so that made for a lot of unpleasant daytime noise. If the work was not going on it would have been wonderful.

Wonderful family vacation

Dania is a great host. She was upfront with us about the building being renovated while we were there. It was no problem at all & did not affect our vacation at all. She was easy to contact when I had a question about the checkout process & responded right away. The condo is beautiful & has everything that you need to enjoy your time at the beach. It is also close to everything that you could possibly want to see or do. Just like in the description, we saw lots of dolphins from the patio & from the beach. We also were able to watch a group of a dozen manatee swim through when we were in the water. We highly recommend this vacation property.
