Great place!

My pup and I were down picking up my girlfriend and this was a great place to stay and I definitely would stay here again. The outdoor area is great for a dog as well as cooking a nice meal on the grill.

This property exceeded our expectations! It was exactly as listed, with every detail carefully thought out to maximize the space. The neighborhood is peaceful but still close to everything you need. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The home was spotless and incredibly comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

May 2023 Trip

My husband and I loved the property. It was in a quiet neighborhood. Our dog loved the fenced yard. We definitely recommend this property.

Serene and comfortable

The home was very clean, comfortable, and only 4 miles from St Pete Beach. Stacey was very helpful and responds to our questions promptly. Overall an excellent experience for us as first time visitors to Florida.

Private getaway

The avocado oasis was very conveniently located to dining and shopping. Communication with the host was easy and accommodating . Convenient check-in process. Very private and clean. Thoughtful amenities, such as laundry, pods, dishwashing pods, and dog treats. Adding this to my favorites ❤️. PS loved being Serenaded by all the beautiful birds each morning while I sat on the patio enjoying my coffee

It’s the little things.

This place was so adorable and quaint. The little touches that made it feel like home. Nice quality toilet paper, great paper towel. Lovely towels and dishes. Cute outdoor patio with a little area for our dog to go potty. Laundry pods to do your laundry. A beautifully tiled bathroom with a rain shower head. It was truly adorable and homey. We loved it.

Tiny house

Very cute ground floor studio apartment. It is small but big enough to accommodate two people. Loved all the decorating and modern appliances. Especially liked the private and secure fence surrounding the patio. We met Stacey, the owner, and she was helpful with a couple questions we had. We were not use to Roku tv but got the hang of it eventually. We would definitely recommend this place if okay with small.

Excellent experience.

Very clean and updated. It was amazing how well it was stocked. We did not have to go out and purchase anything . Everything was there that we needed. The fenced in patio was perfect for our pup. We were able to let her out without worrying about tying her up. Even a barbecue with all the tools. Thank you for paying attention to details.
