Great family fun

A good place to stay to walk to the beach. St Johns pass is near as well for family fun! Only suggestion is to possibly include mop to clean up floor as it gets dirty very quickly.

Boutique by the Ocean

Loved this place. First time to Treasure Island and stay here was very economical, nice location and good access to the beach. I highly recommend. I would love to own a place like this. It's perfect.

The BBR was a great choice! It was clean, comfortable beds and cute decor. Convenient to restaurants and all of the fun amenities of Treasure Island. Short walk to the beach!

Great stay

Great property, super clean. Had everything we needed and was close to everywhere we planned to go on our trip. Communication was top notch. Loved that it wasn’t a party spot. Enjoyable stay for my husband and I. Would definitely stay again.

Dinamic short stay by the beach

The location was the best. The room was very cozy & with all the necessary accessories needed to have a pleasant time. I like the small number of rooms & that it feels like being with a big family. Pool was awesome

Beautiful Property and Unit and great location

3 night stay - check in process is quick and easy with all necessary instructions for stay emailed out prior to stay. Property is very nice and well appointed, very clean throughout. Unit was very clean, nice, great amenities. Location is short walk to beach, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Very nice property that is managed well and the management team seems to have thought of everything ! Will definitely stay here again.

A perfect getaway

The location was great just across the street from the beach. As I saw mentioned before if you are in the lower level you should definitely plan to hear everything they do about you. It wasn't too bad but there was one time it woke me up. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The pool and grill were great as was the beach!

Nice, quaint feel

The room had everything we needed, was close to the beach and has a convenient store right beside the bldg which was great! Check-in was easy! We stayed in room #2 on the 1st floor. Every morning we were awakened by loud noise in room above us, as if children were jumping and falling continuously. When you book , ask if you will be on the first floor and if you are ask if property mananger would leave a note in the room above reminding guests that someone is below them and can hear all noise.

Fantastic Fourth of July getaway

We wanted somewhere to enjoy fireworks on the beach and this property was just perfect. We could even see fireworks from the property pool! This unit was particularly perfect as we have a 3 year old and he could not access the pool without having to figure out opening the pool gate. Not all units had a pool gate at their front door but this unit did and that was just an additional peace of mind. The shower and bathroom were beautifully updated. The smart TV made it easy to watch movies on Netflix at night, and the AC was working so well, which is a must in this florida heat. The interior was exactly as pictured too. We will most definitely return!- The Yankeys

We had a great time. The location is perfect. The place was decorated well and the bed was comfy. My only complaint were the loud people upstairs but it happens when people are on vacation :).

Clean and easy walk to the beach

It was very clean. The room was smaller than I expected and the bathroom had no a/c or vent. Great price. Amazing communication with the owners and very quick to respond. I would say 4 people max for the room. The tables for the pool area are right outside the door and people would sit and smoke there, so when you open the door to the room…smoke smell would come in. It did not come in if the door remained closed, but I don’t like the smell of smoke. I think an upstairs room would not be this way. The pool was clean and my kids loved it! Room darkening shades would have been ideal, though they turned off the pool lights at 11pm. Lots of towels provided for the beach and for the shower!! Overall, would recommend!!

First FL vaca

This was our first family trip to FL. After finding the property on VRBO, we read reviews and researched the area and distance to the beach. Communication with the property staff was top notch. We didn’t receive our code to the room on day of check in. I sent a message and heard from them within minutes. The place itself is super cute. It was quiet except for some noise from the family above us later in the evening. The pool was such a nice amenity and it’s all within walking distance to ice cream and the beach! We can’t wait to return!

Our stay at boutique beach retreat

Small but nice place to stay. The pullout couch was pretty much 2 spring chairs put together. Would take a shower and the whole place would fog up so couldn’t use the mirror in bathroom. Need mirror outside of bathroom. They supplied us with plenty of clean towels.
