West Florida gem

Contactless check in/out. We shortened our stay a day being Florida natives seen most of the stuff. But Avery thing was close, and convenient. Place was well maintained positive experience. Would return well worth a getaway

Treasure Island Boutique Beach Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and well kept and the outside pool area was perfect. The staff was very friendly. Beautiful location. Definitely would come back again

Great location!

Although the room was small, the bed was comfortable and the TV was easy to work. The location was fantastic being within walking distance of restaurants, the beach, and John’s Pass. The walls were thin and you could hear other rooms as well as traffic, so in order to sleep have a fan or something to cancel out the outside noise. Although the room was smoke-free, it did not prevent an inordinate amount of people sitting outside the rooms smoking like chimneys. Great place to crash for a short stay (like 2 days)

Quaint Hotel

Everything was as described. Room is small but had all we needed. Given it was only a kitchenette it was awkward to wash dishes in the bathroom sink. Would have appreciated one more small shampoo sample. We asked for one and were told we had to go buy our own. For those flying with carryon luggage, this is not ideal.

Place was just as it was listed online. Communication with the property managers was excellent, they responded in a very timely manner and helped with an issues we might have had. Overall it was an excellent short stay.

Very clean & small - but perfect size

This property is very small and cozy - so if you are wanting to get away and be alone on the property - this might not be your cup of tea. Not much privacy as soon as you open your door. There is a strict no smoking policy inside the units - which is awesome! However, because it is so cozy - as soon as you open the door you get hit with smoke in your face with those smoking poolside or even on the balcony. That was our only issue - room was small, but VERY CLEAN...mattress and pillows were very comfortable. You can't beat the price point...and perfect short walk to the beach. Definately would stay again...hopeful not so many smokers next time.

Adorable and perfect amenities.

It was a seamless check-in and check-out. The condo is absolutely adorable and clean! The amenities are just what I needed (good to note that if you like to drink a lot of coffee you can bring some k-cups to use with their coffee maker. They left me 1 delicious k-cup! ) The location was great in that it was just a walk across the street to the beach (no beach view which I knew when I booked it). Walkable to John's Pass, restaurants and ice cream shop across the street. Even a small convenience store on the corner. I would definitely stay again if I'm visiting Treasure Island. I definitely recommend this to others!

Property was location was great (next to circle k, walking distance to st johns pass in one direction and a grocery store/other restaurants in the other. Across the street from the beach. Unit was as advertised. Blackout curtains would be a worthy addition to the room. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Beach Location!

This place was perfect for the beach vacation I had planned. Beach access right across the street, ice cream shoppe on the way back from the beach. The room was simple and provided everything I needed. The pool area is very inviting. Check-in and Check-out were seamless! I would recommend this place to my friends and family for sure!

Overall was a very nice stay, Unit was smaller then we thought it would be. Was very clean other then when arriving room did have a urine type smell that seem to disappear the next day. Bed linens could be improved as the sheets did not stay on mattress. Host's were very friendly ...

As advertised

Very nice first time VRBO experience. The owners did such a great job decorating the small room and making it feel like home. They were very quick to answer any and all questions we had. The two ladies that cleaned the rooms were very helpful and friendly. The pool was clean and warm. The beach is so close; just one block across the street. We carried a few beach chairs (provided by the hotel) to the beach a couple times, then eventually found out we could rent the beach loungers and umbrella for the day ($10 for each chair & $20 for umbrella). Loved The Shake Shop right across the street too; went there many times. Small store (7-11 like store) on next corner with lots of necessities, if needed. Gulf Blvd was a bit busy, but has plenty of pedestrian walkways with blinking lights. The walls in the rooms must be well insulated because after our door was shut, we did not hear kids playing in pool or vehicles on Blvd.. Walked the boardwalk behind all the hotels on the Gulf side often. Lots of fun and more dining opportunities on the beach side. Walked to John’s Pass for shopping, excursions, dinner, and drinks. Suggestions… recommend deep pocket fitted sheets on the beds. Woke up in am with fitted sheets off all corners. Also, better instructions or ease the use of tv options. Kind of difficult for “older” people to figure out. Lol! Otherwise, we had a great time and we would absolutely recommend BBR to our family and friends. Perfect location and cute boutique retreat!
