We have enjoyed our stay here very much.

They have a lovely, well equipped condo and we have been very comfortable here. We thank the owners so much for allowing us to live in their home this month. The only problem we had was there was a lot of rain the first half of June but we will be back! Cindy

It's clean and well maintained with all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. A first floor location steps from the pool and exercise room is perfect. It's in a perfect location, close to the pool and no stairs to climb. The owners are wonderful to work with and we look forward each year to seeing what new improvements they have made to the condo. I highly recommend this property.

Condo association and management company did great job of keeping the building and grounds as safe as possible as we descended into the covid19 life change. We definitely would return.

Always being sooo incredibly accommodating, from holding my packages to scheduling a cleaning service. It really made my two months at Indian rocks beach unforgettable. The apartments were extremely clean and convenient, with store a quick walk away, a bar, and some delicious donuts right in front.

Very enjoyable relaxing time in a beautiful complex.

We spent the month of January in this condo and we had a great time. The condo is updated and very comfortable. On the ground floor we do not have to wait for the elevator and the heated pool is just down the hall and in the courtyard on the other side of our condo. I cannot believe how quiet it is here, especially at night. We can have our coffee on the porch and watch the boats go by on the intercostal waterway. In the evening we like to go out our porch door and walk a few steps and sit on the benches on the end of our docks and watch the dolphins or sometimes manatee go by. We can catch the beach trollies and go to St Pete's or Clearwater beaches or just walk across the street. We are within a 10 minute drive of just about anything, movie theaters, mauls, grocery stores etc. We love this place.

Nice property, greate area!

We had a wonderful time hear in the Indian Shores area. We love the condo here at the Bay Mariner on the ground floor. We do not have to deal with the elevator bringing in groceries etc. We are just a few steps from a very large heated pool with a usual temperature of 88 degrees. The condo is very well appointed and comfortable. There is also a very convenient beach trolley that runs up and down the Island from St. Pete's beach to Clearwater every 15 or 20 minutes.

Great place and a wounderful area!

A very nice condo on the first floor with a view of the intercostal from our porch and living room. We really enjoy the large heated pool and the Jacuzzi in the evening. The beach is directly across the street and we walk it daily. The bicycle path up and down the island and the beach trolley makes it very easy to get around even without a car.

Bed is a little hard, but that's a personal preference. Nice big shower, and great water pressure! Pool was lovely, perfect temperature for us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a pleasant month at 115 Mariner. From the time we arrived to the day we left, all went well. The condo was spotless when we arrived, most of the amenities that we expected were excellent (except the pool for the first two weeks while it was under repair), the residents were friendly, the building was quiet and conveniently situated for the beach (2 minute walk). We would definitely go back again in the future.
