This unit was absolutely incredible. Beautiful ocean view with pelicans flying by every few minutes and dolphins swimming by every morning. The unit was clean and had lots of extra amenities like beach towels, beach chairs, a wagon and cooler and suntan lotion. Everything we needed for a wonderful weekend away. Would highly recommend!!!

Eric is so personable and truly wants to make sure everything is to your expectations. Had a great month at this property and its exactly as pictured with exception of new high quality outdoor seating which was a great addition. Ample parking, and close to everything you'd want to explore while traveling. Pool was great and of course ocean view amazing.

Excellent location if you’re looking to stay between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach. The unit was one of the most well-appointed we’ve experienced across numerous VRBO stays around the world—thoughtful details, well stocked, and very comfortable. Convenient access to great local restaurants and everyday amenities, with multiple notable beaches just a short drive away. A car is recommended for this location, and made getting around easy. We highly recommend this unit and proprietor.

Our family would highly recommend staying at this condo. It was filled with amenities, very clean and comfortable, with great access to the beach. Balcony had great views of the sunsets. The owners were also wonderful to interact with. Top notch property and we will stay here again in the future!

We had a fantastic stay! From the time of booking through checkout, the owners were available for communication and made sure we had everything we needed. The unit was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything for a fun stay including beach towels, pool noodles, coffee, and every type of kitchen utensil we needed. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Amazing vacation! There were 11 of us and we had a wonderful time! Eric was super responsive and made everything perfect! We spent a ton of time on the spacious balcony with beautiful sunsets and the sounds of the ocean with watching dolphins jump was more than we could have asked for. The beach was paradise and we saw stingrays and manatees! Highly recommend eating at Cocos... food was spectacular! Super close to Johns Pass for lots of shopping! Would highly recommend this condo!!!

Fabulous Vacation 2025

Our family stayed at this fantastic condo in July 2025. We made lasting memories with our kids and grandkids. The location was perfect. My son was so impressed with the pool area and loves that the beach was not crowded. You didn’t have to get up at 6:00 to put up your tent. We felt very safe at all times. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful beach trip! Enjoyed amazing views of the ocean and sunsets from the balcony! Condo was as described. Plenty of room for our group, spacious living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. Kitchen was equipped with all necessary equipment. Property owner was very attentive, easy to contact, and very hospitable. Condo is in perfect location. Enjoyed dining at Caddy’s and also Monstah Lobstah! Would highly recommend! Thank you for providing a wonderful place to stay!

Peaceful, Perfect Retreat

Everything was exactly like the listing and previous reviews had mentioned. The condo was VERY clean and the kitchen was well-stocked! They provided laundry soap and dryer sheets, dishwasher tablets and liquid, paper products, and grilling utensils (just to name a few things we don’t normally see!) They had a whole closet of items for the beach, including beach chairs and towels in abundance that we used every day. The beach and swimming pool were at the bottom of the stairs, basically, so you can’t get much closer. The balcony was a favorite place for us to start and end our day as it had an unobstructed view of the ocean and you could listen to the sounds of the waves crashing against the shore. The owners checked on us a few times while we were there, asking if we needed anything. We did need one thing, so they dropped it off, along with some treats. We would highly recommend this location to anyone needing space for a family, right on the beach, with amenities aplenty. Thanks for a truly peaceful, blessed vacation!

Beautiful unit, excellent location

This was a beautiful unit that was perfect for our family of 5 and my mother. Very spacious. The owners were very helpful and communicative. The unit is in a great location and views the sunset. The beach is gorgeous. We would definitely rent again!

Perfect Family Vacation

Everything at Beach Cottage met or exceeded our expectations! The unit was beautiful and well supplied with everything we needed for our family vacation! Gorgeous sunsets and great access to the pool and beach. Our host was wonderful and checked with us several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed! We always stay in Indian Shores but with hurricane damage still preventing previous reservations elsewhere…we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to this beautiful well-appointed condo!!! Very very clean, excellent location, extremely well furnished and stocked, gorgeous Gulf sunsets from balcony, massive pool deck, outstanding customer service (immediate response by Eric and Jenn to any questions). We highly recommend and we will be back!!!

great get away

Everything was great! Glad to support the local area after the hurricane. The place is gorgeous. Clean and everything we needed. Owner checked on us which was great. It is a very quiet area just what we needed. There is some storm damage in the area ... but did not effect the us. I gave the owner some quick easy things to help future guests :) First VRBO we have stayed at we have always stayed at a resort it was great to be apply to cook anything including fresh caught Spanish mackerel and sea trout on the Blackstone by the pool. Being able to have laundry and dishwasher was great. Beautiful sunsets. Thank you from the 7 of us! It was great.

Had everything we needed

We arrived around midnight and appreciated having coffee available in the morning so we could relax and enjoy the ocean view before heading to a store for groceries. One of our group members has significant diet restrictions so we cooked most of our meals on site. The kitchen is well stocked and grilling at sunset was amazing! Plenty of towels. Pool was warm and the hot tub was our favorite since we were there during record low temps. Beach is beautiful and well maintained.

Annual family vacation in FL

We originally had another condo booked but due to Hurricane Helene it was cancelled. We were very fortunate to come across this condo and the owners assured us that all was well to make our trip. We were so pleasantly surprised at the location, amenities, and the condo. We would love to return someday.

Post-hurricane Vacation

If I could give a 10 star review I would without hesitation. The condo was just as described…amazing view of the ocean, easy access to the pool and beach, plenty of linens and amenities, etc. The title of the visit holds special meaning since we visited 3 weeks after the hurricanes came through and ravaged the coast. The hosts were unbelievably amazing in terms of communicating with us, keeping in contact, and answering any and every question we had along the way. The condo was the only one in miles that had a working hot tub and pool at the time we visited, which was almost solely due to the work of our host. I could not recommend this more and we will absolutely be back again in the future.

PERFECT for our Family Vacation! ☀️🏖

We are a family of six with 4 kids (ages 10-19). We found this condo by a simple VRBO search…and WOW!!! WHAT A FIND!!! We were BLOWN AWAY by everything! 🤩 SO BLESSED by our 9 nights in this vacation home. It checked ALL the boxes: - Immaculately clean - Well stocked with TONS of amenities like laundry/dishwasher detergent, coffee, K cups, paper goods. - A closet FULL of beach chairs and toys - Beach Towels for our use - A beautiful patio view of the beach. Perfect for morning coffee and GORGEOUS evening sunsets 🌅 - Easy access to the beach - Quiet Property - Beds were comfortable. - Covered parking space and extra outdoor parking Communication with the host Eric was WONDERFUL! Quick responses! We loved sunset dinners about 10 minutes south at Caddy’s directly on Madeira Beach. This will be a property we will definitely stay at again the next time we need a place between Clearwater and St. Pete. Everything was absolute PERFECTION. Thank you, Eric and Jenn, for a wonderful week for our family. We will forever be thankful for the time together and the memories made! ☀️🏖💛

Beautiful!!

This place is amazing! The hosts were wonderful! The view… amazing! Everything we might have needed was there and the location was perfect! Between 2 busier touristy towns, everything you need or want is in either direction, right down the road, but it wasn’t too busy where we were.
