Very Well-Equipped Rental in a Great Location

My son and his family (wife plus one 3-year old), plus myself and my wife extended our Disneyworld, Florida visit to include 3 days in this excellent Indian Shores, Florida condo. Since we had driven from our home state in Texas, we were somewhat space limited so we could only bring so much with us. However, we were very pleased that this particular rental included folding chairs, an ice chest, children’s beach toys for play in the sane, a bicycle, and several other items (all in a convenient separate storage closet 1 floor below this condo’s). This condo’s beach area also included the option of (for a slight daily fee) a 3rd party rental umbrella and cushioned mat on an elevated wooden structure (like a wooden chaise lounge). The condo itself was also very well equipped with all the necessary dishes, starter supply of trash bags, linens, and other similar items (we really appreciated the supply of multiple large beach towels for our use!!) that a typical family might need. This condo was also in reasonably close proximity to several excellent restaurant options, including some that would deliver (pizza and Chinese food). Furthermore, were able to easily access the “mainland” (via a nearby bridge) and locate a WalMart, McDonald’s, Starbucks, etc., relatively quickly (it seems like families are always in need of one little thing or another). Overall, we felt that this condo was in an excellent location (we truly loved the balcony view of the beach!!) and with all the nec

Beautiful condo! The beds were amazing, the property was clean and we had a wonderful girls' trip! The view from the balcony is amazing! So much to take in!! We ran out of face cloths, toilet paper, paper towels and there was no dishcloth to wash our dishes and wipe up around the coffee pot. Silly stuff but if you don't know, you don't know. We'd go back to this property in a heartbeat!

Beautiful location and nice unit, but we had issues

There was only ONE handicap visitor parking spot and none in the garage. The security guard parked in that spot one day and I don't think he even had a decal on his vehicle.The A/C filter was EXTREMELY dirty.The refrigerator took 1 1/2 days to get cold enough to keep drinks cold even with it on the coldest setting and fairly full. The guest bed had dirty sheets - my daughter found 7 hairs on the sheets and felt she needed to wash them before sleeping in that bed.There was no laundry soap (fortunately I brought a little bc I can't use scented detergent.)There were only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for 4 days/3 nights. We rented a beach wheelchair for my husband but had extremely difficulty getting it onto the beach due to the small size of the gates to the pool deck and beach

Beach Peace

We so enjoyed our stay. I loved sitting on the patio enjoying our morning coffee while enjoying the ocean waves and beach activities. The beach is so smooth and easy to walk in your bare feet. We will definitely come back to stay in this condo. Great hosts in a wonderful location.

Perfect Sister-in-law getaway

Great location, very clean - quiet area yet easy to get to surrounding towns. Arrived very late due to flight delays (3AM!) and code to enter condo was not working- fortunately was able to reach management who immediately gave us correct code & rest of stay was perfect!

Perfect Beachfront Stay

Great property and location. My only complaint is that that pillows in the primary bedroom were quite old and flattened. It’s a small detail but really impacted our restful sleep. Other than that, the condo was clean and comfortable.

Perfect sunsets!!

Everything about the property was perfect! Loved proximity to beach, the pool area and how clean and well appointed the condo is! The porch is great to sit, relax and watch wildlife! Thought the area would be old and outdated so I was amazed by how modern the area turned out to be!! Great restaurants nearby. A true gem was Sweet Sage Cafe. Would definitely highly recommend this condo!

Great location.

You can’t beat the location. We stayed in late October when crowds are at a minimum and the beach was easy access. The condo was exactly as described and pictured. There were six beach towels for our use. We did not use the pool but it is a nice option. We had one minor problem with the sliding glass door that was resolved immediately. We enjoyed Frenchies restaurant on Clearwater Beach which was a great place to catch quick food, we rented jet ski’s from Woody’s sports at John’s Bay Pass, and you can’t get better pizza than at Delosa’s.

Overall good but beds need to be updated

Great view from the balcony, almost everything you need is available. Very uncomfortable mattresses to sleep. Creaky bunk bed which is very uncomfortable to get into. Bed linen with holes. I met a huge cockroach inside the bathtub. No dish dryer and 1 kitchen towel for the entire stay. The table and chairs are old, the carpet is such that it is better to walk in slippers. All furniture needs to be updated . Awesome location, lots of places close by to eat.

Family fun at the Beach

Great beach get away!! Wonderful week at the beach with the family. Loved the beach condo - clean, nice view on the water, great accommodations!! Beautiful weather and sunsets!! Even got to see dolphins playing in the Gulf.

Pleasantly surprised

Things are rarely what they seem, but I was pleasantly surprised at how terrific this place was. It was the cleanest place I remember staying in, the bed was comfortable, the view incredible. The condo was well stocked and the safety precautions made me feel very safe staying there. Nothing to complain about at all. Loved it, will definitely return.

Beautiful Home Decorated like House Beautiful

One step into this home and I knew we made the right decision. The home is beautifully appointed. It looks like Coastal Living came in and set up shop. The kitchen was stocked with more items than expected and everything was stored neatly in its place. We loved the Adirondack Chairs on the balcony. The bar height allows for a perfect view of the ocean. The bedrooms and baths were set up for maximum privacy to accommodate different sleeping schedules. The lock boxes in the garage were poorly marked, hard to maneuver and overcrowded which made check in a little difficult. The pool was not heated. Overall, a great stay - we would return again for sure!
