  • Aproximadamente 1500 pies cuadrados con plano de planta abierto y a pocos pasos de la playa de arena. Mira las puestas de sol desde tu propio balcón o la playa. Wonderful location, place and host. Literal steps away from the beach, centrally located, but still quiet with great amenities. The place is spacious with comfortable and distinct seating areas inside and out (large balcony). The kitchen is well equipped and very functional; bedrooms are wide with good space and lots of storage, along with easily accessible bathrooms. I cannot recommend this enough. In fact, I want to delete this post and keep this place a secret for myself.

Very clean and well maintained. Fully stocked with anything you need in a home, especially the kitchen. Great location and nice large bedrooms. Large laundry room too. We were very comfortable in this cozy home and hope to return.

This was second stay here, and it’s was as good as our first. The location is excellent and the property is well kept. Great sunsets from the balcony.The host is by far the best one we’ve ever had.

This beach place was great! Clean and spacious, king beds were comfortable and the place had everything we needed. Convenient to many good restaurants. Quick walk to the beach. Beautiful sunsets!!!! Loved that we had covered parking and access to beach chairs, umbrellas and other water toys. Host was easy to contact if needed. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Girls Getaway

Tom's place was a great fit for our short trip to visit FL colleges! We enjoyed the condo and mostly the beautiful vistas and the calming waters of the Gulf coast!! What an amazing place to stay!!!

Great place for a getaway!

The property was delightful. Nice view of the Gulf and was a comfortable place to stay. It included everything we need for our Thanksgiving dinner. We will return!

Beautiful location!

This is a great place and we enjoyed the location so much! The beach is so perfect and a the rental includes lots of great toys to play in the ocean with. The home also had all the necessities we needed. Check in and check out were very smooth. But the location was by far the best part of this rental!
