Perfect for our short stay

A cute property that was clean, full of amenities and in a great location. Check in and out process was easy and the owner was available for our questions. Would stay again!

Bungalow

Extremely clean and very cozy. Our family enjoyed the stay and will continue to look to book the property the next time we visit the area. Nice location with a small brewery and 2 excellent breakfast options within a short walk. Enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

Great Place to Stay

We had a great stay while visiting family in Palm Harbor! The house was clean and the perfect size for my family. The hosts were very responsive and answered any question we had immediately! We would 100% stay here again! It is also super easy to walk to restaurants. Highly recommend.

Quick Escape

Our family came down to put our boat at the Anclote Marina for a couple of months. We needed a place that had enough parking for a large boat trailer, a trailer towing a golf cart and allowed pets This place had it ALL! The home was super clean, beds were comfy and the kitchen/baths were well equipped. We had sporadic rain during our 4 night stay, so we all enjoyed having the game room and a large front porch to relax and watch the rain. My whole family enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful home located in a wonderful location.

The house is in excellent condition and offers all the needed amenities. The location is great also as the property is only a few miles away from the beaches and downtown area. Restaurants and bars with live music are in walking distance from the house; however, the neighborhood offers quiet time to relax. My family and I had a wonderful time.

Perfect Location and CLEAN!!

This is our second time staying and we will be back. It is close to everything: bike trail, downtown Palm Harbor, Honeymoon Island, Caladesi, Fred Howard. The property is very clean and the commuication with the host is awesome. We hope to be back again soon!

Scalloping and Visiting Friends

We came to the area for a weekend of scalloping and visiting friends in the area. The location is perfect for getting to attractions such as the Tarpon Springs sponge docks, Anclote River state park, Dunedin, etc. The home is clean, comfortable and extremely well stocked with supplies and has a ton of games for children’s entertainment.

Pinellas trail weekend

Had a wonderful stay at this 3 bedroom property just a short walk from the Pinellas trail. It was perfect for our Saturday food tour down the trail on bikes. Host was available and helpful with recommendations. House was clean and the game room was fun. Great weekend!

Cute and very open floorplan

Very clean,spacious and has lots of little extras. Easy check in and out. I would definitely stay again and recommend. There were a lot of toys to keep my 2 yr. old great nephew busy. We had a blast making cookies and a.gingerbread house with extended family.Such a cute historical home!

Some real pluses and a few suggestions for improvements

Loved the front porch and new paint inside and out. Had coffee and spices that was great. Need towel bars in bathrooms and places to put suitcases in back bedroom. Had a great ramp up to porch but railing on front porch would be a good addition.

Great property in an awesome location

This was the top notch experience from beginning to end. The property was needed a pen with nice and enemy amenities right down to laundry detergent and Q-tips! Post was very responsive and we look forward to staying at the property again

Great Home and Location

This home was exactly what we were looking for. The home was very clean and had everything you would need to cook and eat. There were plenty of kids toys, books and a stroller. We enjoyed the patio. The host was very helpful and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our trip. We would definitely recommend this cute home and would stay again in the future!

Amazing

The home is beautiful!!! The property owner thought of everything, right down to Q-tips! Had so much fun in the game room. Walking distance to restaurants and one block from Earthscape Garden which was super convenient for us as that’s where we were going for a wedding. Would absolutely book again and hope we have the chance to!

Amazing Bungalow

Communication with the owner was amazing. The house was very close to downtown palm harbor and a quick ride to honeymoon island. I rented the place to recover from surgery so mainly hung out in the home. We survived a hurricane that came popped up, the owners were quick to come by and take care of the outside property and even gave us some emergency supplies just incase. Had a really nice stay and would rebook.

2023 Holiday Stay

Chanel is an amazing host. The house was exactly as advertised and the amenities were even better. We were not home much as we were visiting with family however each time we entered the house we felt immediately relaxed and at home. Wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Chanel!!

Very nice property. Very clean. Host was very attentive. Didn’t use backyard but could use some attention before cooler weather. TV a bit confusing but not much of a user so no worries. All in all a nice, enjoyable stay. Compliments to the host. 👍

Last minute trip for emergency

We had to book last minute for a family emergency. The owners were fast to reply and get our stay finalized. Our drive was over 10 hours and we were welcomed with a home cooked meal so we didn't have to worry when we got there. Everything was absolutely amazing and if we needed anything they were just a phone call away. They made a very sad and stressful time a bit easier. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Great landing spot for Clearwater area!

This was our first trip to the Tampa/Clearwater area and Palm Harbor was a perfect central location. We could’ve used at least one more week to do everything we wanted to do in the area. We had a fantastic stay! The host was very responsive, the house was sparkling clean, and extremely well- stocked with everything we could possibly need. We loved the game room, sitting on the porch with our morning coffee, and relaxing in the backyard at night. Beds were very comfy and there was more than enough space for our family of 4. The only thing that could make it better was if the house was set further down the street as there was some noise from the car wash next door. Overall it was a great stay in a fun area!

Couldn’t Ask for More

Impeccable cleanliness, comfort, convenience. The hosts have thought of everything. Recently renovated with comfortable beds, dining table, couch, and outdoor space. Ample parking and the front porch is welcoming with couch and chair to enjoy the Florida evenings and security lighting if one returns after dark. Bright and airy, with ceiling fans everywhere and ample lighting. Morning coffee at the kitchen table or on the front porch. Location is near many restaurants, Publix, and steps from the Pinellas trail. Hosts are very accessible by text and as example they needed to get something on the property, not within the rental home, and provided ample notice so as not to disturb or inconvenience my stay. Highly recommended.

Charming Bungalow

This house is very cute. Old and charming. The front porch is what vacations are made of. We loved how functional and roomy it was for our party of 6 and the hosts were accommodating with toys and gear for our little one who’s under 1. My only suggestions would be to have more accent lights so that we don’t have to have top lights on all of the time and to have lamps in all of the bedrooms. The bedroom in the back would be IDEAL if it included a bunk bed along with the full bed instead of one twin and one full in there. If there were curtains on the windows that would have blocked out the bright lights of the self service car wash next door, which would have made the bedrooms all the more cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was lacking a tea kettle but we made do with boiling water in a pot for tea. The bathroom fans didn’t work but the showers were splendid! We enjoyed having s’mores in the fire pit out back on our last night and we took plenty of walks to The Fix in the morning for our coffee. It’s in a pretty cute location minus the car wash next door :) But easy to get places and the neighborhood felt safe. Overall everything was on the up and up and we were happy and slept well so that’s all that matters.
