Great vacation

Great place to stay. It was very relaxing in the apartment and on the beautiful beach. Great amenities in the building. We enjoyed the pool, pickle ball court, gym, spa and bbq area. The sunsets at night, either on the beach or the balcony, were spectacular. We have a great vacation. Highly recommended.

This condo was better than advertised. There were 4 beach chairs and an umbrella to use, the building security is outstanding and the view from the unit was breathtaking. The beach was never crowded and the water was warm and calm. Did I say clean, the beach was groomed nightly. Exceeded expectations, I highly recommend.

Great location. Beautiful views.

Location is perfect and the views are breathtaking. However, this place is not kid friendly. The local residence owners call security if you so much as eat a snack in pool area or toss a small ball around. Condo was gorgeous and no problems with check in. Communication with property manager was great!

Return Visit

We visited Crescent Beach Club in February, had such a great time we revisited in April. Had a bad experience with the first Management company but Sandy Feet were the best management company to deal with. Professional and Courteous. We are looking forward to coming back next winter. The condo has everything you need, is clean and has the most beautiful view. We looked forward to watching the sunset every evening!

Fun in the Sun @ CBC Clearwater 🏖️ Beach!

The condo at CBC (2-17F) was great! Clean and spacious with all that we needed and more! Enjoyed nights in -grilling and sunset watching- but also enjoyed Clearwater night life since it was so close! The location was great bc our beach was not crowded and had great space to walk every day - but we could hop in the car and be in the middle of all the Clearwater action in a few short minutes! I recommend Crabby's Beach Bar & Grill on the main drag for the best crab legs - and also visiting the home of Winter the Dolphin (RIP) for a nice afternoon out. Thanks so much for a wonderful vacay for our crew of six.

Fun stay at Crescent Beach Club

We really enjoyed our stay. As soon as you walk in the door all you see is the fantastic view from the windows overlooking the huge balcony. Unbelievable! We spent hours on the balcony watching the boats, parasailing, dolphins and beach goers. As far as the inside goes it is clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you may need when cooking on vacation. Primary bedroom is very pretty and primary bathroom looks recently updated. It has a large walk in shower. Second bedroom is adequate. Queen bed and a twin with a trundle. Not fancy but functional. 2nd bathroom is nice with a nice amount or storage. Location: nice quiet beach and pool. You can see Clearwater Beach in the distance. There is more night life there if you choose. There is a little shopping center with a few restaurants/ice cream within walking distance. Overall we would love to stay here again!

Thank You So Much

Our journey to this vacation was anything but straightforward We booked for 2024 but due to a change in our personal circumstances had to postpone Sandy Feet were superb very understanding and sympathetic to our situation they could not have done more We rebooked for 2025 only to be advised that our apartment was to undergo unscheduled maintenance work whilst we were there. Sandy Feet to the rescue they offered us alternative locations and once we had chosen one did everything to ensure our vacation went according to plan , the communication was fantastic After this experience we will definitely be using Sandy Feet again
