Condo was partly ok, partly not, looked like newer flooring and paint, bathroom fan quit, fridge makes a noise often, kitchen cabinets coming off the wall, most electrical runs off of twp power strips, but the view is why you're here, nice chairs on balcony, pool 86, to cold to swim, island girl bar was really good

The beach view was amazing. Room very clean and perfect for me and my husband's trip. Just like photos. Staff at Island Inn were amazing, super friendly and helpful. Loved the pool area and tiki bar. Just a walk to the beach and also some restaurants. We took the trolley up to the seafood festival. The trolley pick up is just outside building. Loved it here. Would recommend.

The location of this unit was amazing. There was a pool and a full bar as well. The unit was just like it was described in the listing and we had a blast. The only thing that I would suggest is putting in a shower door to keep the water from getting on the floor outside as we had to use a few towels to dry up after each shower (but the water pressure was great). I would rent this unit again and would recommend to others to rent here!

The host was great with answering all my questions about the property and check in process. We had an amazing time at this property. The bar has great drinks. Justin the bartender at the Tiki Bar made the experience excellent. We will definitely be coming back to this place next year!

Beautiful Stay at the Island Inn

We have stayed at the Island Inn many many times and this was no different than any other time. The room was great, the location is perfect, and we enjoyed our stay. The only things we noted about the room for this stay was the noisy little dehumidifier in the kitchenette area and the bathroom sink was clogged up. We did let the property manager know about the sink issue upon our departure so it can get fixed before the next guests arrive. The communication from the property management was great and they respond right away. If we come across a room ran by the same company, we would not hesitate to rent from them again!

Amazing View and Customer Service

We had an amazing time. The view was spectacular watching the sunset every single night was breathtaking. We were even visited by a sea lion up close and personal in the ocean, which was also amazing! There is plenty to do around you and amazing seafood to devour. It was a spectacular stay!

Revive and Relax at the Beach

Beautiful ocean few the minute you open the door! Corner condo with zero noise but close to all the wonderful food on Treasure Island! Owner made sure we had a full size coffee pot for our morning coffee on the patio in high top chairs to start the day with ocean waves! Excellent location for Grapefruit League Spring Training!

It was everything we expected. The view from the room is spectacular. The bed is very comfortable. We bought breakfast food and made breakfast every day in our room and ate watching the water either from breakfast bar or from the balcony. The staff at the facility are friendly and helpful. The Island Girl Tiki Bar is a nice plus and Vikki and Justin are great bartenders with a wealth of knowledge about Treasure Island. The pool is heated and is great place to hang out. There is a nice view of the beach from the Tiki Bar and the pool.

Poor upkeep lack of cleanliness

The view was beautiful and this was only good part about this trip. Although we did not expect luxury accommodations we did expect the unit to be properly maintained and clean. It was disgusting. It smelled of mold and mildew, the floors turned our feet black, the appliances, other than the new microwave were filthy. I will be making an extensive report to the owner and Island Inn manager.

Location and view were great. Size of unit was good. Nice to have the tiki bar and chair rentals close Unit needs some updates . Power strip for appliances which still had to be moved to plug in coffee pot , rusted door to closet with someone’s shoes inside . Bathroom could use more hooks

Small beachfront condo perfect for a couple to relax. A beautiful 4th floor view of the Gulf of Mexico. Walk out the lobby door and you're on the beach. Great location close to many attractions, activities and restaurants.

Good stay but don’t except a lot

The room had everything they promised and the view was great. The room and bed were very comfy. They had some nice beach chairs for us to use too. The downfall for us came to the lack of amenities. We stayed 3 nights and had to conserve toilet paper towards the end of our stay. We also had to buy our own Kleenex, paper towel and coffee (one single serve packet was provided but didn’t work with the coffee pot) It also would have been nice to have a couple of rugs around because no matter how hard we tried we tracked sand in and had nothing to wipe our feet on. Also the water pressure was poor. We would not do an extended stay there again.

Beautiful Gulf View Steps From the Beach!

Loved the property on on site Tiki Bar. Room was a bit old and need some updates, but overall a very nice place.
