Este hermoso condominio está conectado a la playa, por lo que está a solo unos pasos de su apartamento. La playa de Clearwater está a solo 5 minutos en coche y la playa de Belleair está conectada con el establecimiento.

El condominio fue completamente renovado con muebles nuevos, camas, pintura y pisos. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y acogedoras, con un bonito balcón amueblado con vistas a la ciudad. Tiene 2 dormitorios, uno con una cama king, el otro con dos gemelos. El baño principal se adjunta al dormitorio principal, con un agradable vestidor. Cocina totalmente equipada, que está abierta al comedor y sala de estar.

La piscina y la playa se encuentran en el primer piso, mientras que esta unidad de apartamentos se encuentra en el piso superior (3er). El estacionamiento para invitados está limitado a 2 vehículos.

One of the nicest places we've ever stayed in. The only downside was the dune behind the building from the recent beach nourishment. You can't even see the water from the back of the building.

Exactly as represented in the listing. Beautifully updated. Very convenient to the beach. On premise covered parking. Close access to Clearwater Beach. Highly recommended the Columbia restaurant about a mile an a half north! Just book it!

Favorite spot on Belleair Beach

This is our third stay here and we love it. Wonderful Owners whom take great care. We just love the area. Steps to the beach and all the amenities of home. Belleair beach is a wonderful area that is close to beaches, shopping and great dining away from all the hustle and bustle further south. Thank you again for a great stay and hoping to be back.

Perfect Winter Escape

This is our 2nd Stay on Belleair Beach at this condo and it was just as perfect as last year. Suzana the owner is amazing and she and her husband take great care in making sure the condo is clean, well appointed and extremely comfortable in every way. Communication for any question or need is addressed immediately. But everything was perfect in every way! The unit has all the amenities of home and just steps from the beautiful gulf and miles of pristine beach. Shops, dining and grocery stores all easily accessible. So grab your beach chair and a good book and You won’t be disappointed in this wonderful condo on the beach. We have already booked our next trip.❤️

Extraordinary condo

As we have been staying in the area the last 6 years in 2 other condos this was our first stay at Belleair Beach. The condo was just what we hoped for. Perfectly decorated, clean with a heavenly location on the beach. The owners had just completely redone the unit and updated it with all the modern amenities one could want. The owners were helpful and responsive to all questions and the ease in booking was excellent. We enjoyed being in this smaller building as had been in high rises the last 5 years. Perfect distance to beach to run back to condo to grab lunch, great access to shops, groceries and dining. We will be back and thank you Suzana, everything was perfect!

Great Condo

The condo was very comfortable and beautiful inside. Looks as if it was very recently renovated. The elevator was was very handy for coming up and down from the third floor. Large Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms was nice in the evenings to relax. Plenty of parking in the front of the building, which was a great surprise, as extra parking has been an issue we have had with other rentals. The beach was great and easily accessible. And being a private beach, it was way less crowded than Clearwater or St Pete. We really enjoyed our stay.

Super clean and comfortable vacation apartment. It is as excellent as in photos.

This is our 5th vacation is Florida and this time we had the best rental ever. It is very clean, one step from the beach, nice swimming pool, close to grocery stores. The atmosphere and decor makes you feel like home and even better. The property owner is very professional, on time communication. Very reasonable price for the rent. We would definitely recommend this place and for sure will come again!
