Other than the broken heater and dirty rugs, this rental is just as advertised. Unfortunately really cold a couple of days we were there. It was fixed the 2nd day after reporting, which was New Year’s Day, so that was really nice. Not sure why there was an option to review the pool, I don’t think there is one.Everything else was great. Location is walking distance to the middle of Clearwater Beach main restaurant/bar/retail area. Far enough away to be extremely quiet. Bring so close to beach, is the best attribute. The place is small but enough room for a beach vacation. There is a really cute outside area for renters use. If not for the 2 mentioned items I would recommend this place but not for more the 2 people! Pics are of entrance to the beach which is 2 houses away.

Super cute, clean, cozy studio apartment. Location to beach was close and an easy walk. Was able to walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. Host was available but given the great detailed instructions, we didn’t need to contact. Pickleball courts nearby. Other units by same host close by. Would be an ideal set-up for a couples or girl’s trip.

The property is overall nice and is truly steps from the beach. The WiFi if very poor in the unit, making and tv networks near impossible to load and making it difficult to search activities online. The bathroom is very small and lacks places to set toiletries. The communication overall was good but felt it was mostly set to auto messaging. We missed an entire day due to a late flight and I asked a few different times of late check out was possible but never received a reply.

Close to beach

Unit was as advertised-full kitchen, king bed was comfortable, bathroom is small but works great. Street parking was just outside unit on a dead end street and free. The beach is very close and it is just a short walk to restaurants and the trolley stop.

Clean, cozy, beach house setting in excellent location. Parking in front not always available but generally was. Better than a veey nice hotel room on the beach.

Phillies Spring Training Retreat

This is a great place to stay to be within steps to Clearwater Beach while still also being a 20-30 minute drive to the Phillies spring training stadium in Clearwater and a 0.5 mile walk to most of the shopping and restaurants in Clearwater Beach. There are also pickle ball courts nearby. We had a very nice stay and this property has everything you really need. It is a studio apartment type of stay with a very small bathroom. We enjoyed our time here and would stay here again on another visit.

Beach side retreat

Very nice, very clean & well stocked small apartment just off the beach. Only true negative for me was television. I am a huge college sports fan and whether me or lack of options, I could not access live sports.

Short walk to the beach

Cute little studio apartment. Had everything we needed. Was a short walk to the ocean/beach. Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance as well. Will definitely return.

Beach Life

Location location location just steps from sand and easily walkable, bus, uber entire Clearwater beach area. The host is fantastic we had an issue with hot water and he came over with us at beach. Read the description and photos it’s a small place but cozy super quiet. One of beach chairs and umbrella was broken but this is perfect for what we need.

Clean and quiet

The original unit (the one listed) had a problem with the stove and the person managing it moved us across the street to a place that was just as nice! Excellent! Would definitely stay again.

Beach escape

The over all stay was great! Beach access was steps away! Food, shopping nite life was all with in walking distance! The one thing that i wish was better was the shower. There was no hot water for it. Other than that it was a pretty place and would stay again!!
