Brads home is absolutely amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay here in Clearwater. We are minutes from everything, but also in a quiet neighborhood. My boys loved the pool and were basically in it from sun up to sun down when we were here. The home is beautiful and listed perfectly. Whenever I had a question Brad or his team answered really quick and were very helpful. We will 100% be back. My kids are already asking when we can come again

Spacious, television in every room AND by the pool. Typical day to day items all available upon arrival. The smoke detector was letting us know the battery had died when we got there. Swift response from our contact. It was a great location, nice decor, and one bedroom/bath at the end of house for a light sleeper! We had a wonderful time.

In Florida there are bugs. That said, we saw and killed several roaches and palmetto bugs daily. We did report this to the owner and he said he could send traps. The house needs to be sprayed. Otherwise our stay was very nice, the house was nice and we enjoyed the pool very much.

Met our needs

We very much enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. The house could use some updates of furniture and the cleaning crew did a superficial job before we arrived.
