Great house in an awesome location. We loved how close it was to everything and that it was in a quiet neighborhood. The golf cart was a huge bonus in getting around. We will definitely stay again.

Thos was the cleanest vacation home we've ever stayed at. The backyard with dock was so.peaceful and comfortable. Plenty of fish were caught off the dock and my grandson loved magnet fishing there. Rick was very responsive and had everything we needed. We enjoyed visiting with him. Grandsons and daughters loved the pool table. Golf cart was a plus to bring supplies to the beach or drive to restaurants , although they were very walkable too. Hope to stay there again for more than 21 days! Beds were very comfortable. We cooked quite a bit and the grill worked flawlessly. The place deserves more stars than 5 stars. Beautiful home.

Our favorite part was shooting pool and taking golf cart down the road to watch the beautiful sunset. The beach access even had parking for golf carts to make it easier. This house was perfect and clean. Even the yard was up kept by very nice yard guys. Neighbors houses were also upscale and quiet. The floors were shiny and granite countertops were so classy. Everything was perfect here including the amazing host Rick who was always accommodating. Will definitely stay again!

Excellent Beach Vacation Spot

With 4 adults and 3 kids this house was the perfect spot for all of us. We spent a lot of time fishing off the dock or just watching the dolphins swim. The golf cart was a huge luxury. We could shuttle ourselves to and from the beach just at the end of the street. No parking fees for golf carts was a great bonus. The large open kitchen/living space made it perfect for all of us to gather and chat. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely come back.

We booked this house when staying for our wedding and it was the perfect location for everything. The home was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The communication with the property manager. Owner was excellent! We’ll be back

2024 Vacation

This house is exactly as listed. The location on the bay with a fishing dock was perfect for relaxation and fun. The golf cart is perfect for getting to the beach, at the end of the street and to the shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The property manager was easy to contact and willing to help us with anything. There were no issues with our stay. We did drop a cell phone into the bay and the manager offered to dive for it! Highly recommend this property! We will be back!

Beautiful view with comfortable accommodations

Spent 3 nights with family members all 80+ years old needing special accommodations. Rick was an exceptional host, clearly communicating prior to the trip and even went beyond expectations by having additional bars installed in the bathrooms with shower chairs to ensure safety of guests. Comfortable surroundings inside and outside with an incredible view on the water.

IRB Paradise

Beautiful home on the water in a quiet neighborhood with daily dolphin sightings, a golf cart (or 10 minute walk) made getting to the beach easy, and the best communication with a most gracious and caring host Rick, made our 3 week stay in IRB one of the best ever! We will be back!

Very beautiful home and area

Home was very comfortable and clean. Area was great! There were just a few little issues that can be easily fixed! - door hinges to upstairs and downstairs bedrooms should be tightened, they were very hard to close and noisy - smaller bath sink upstairs is very pretty, but splashed everywhere - fire alarm batteries should be changed more regularly, one of them started chirping at 230 am and we couldn’t figure out how to turn it off keeping up the upstairs guests all night

Bowl game beach trip

When I found this property with a 5 star rating and many reviewers, I decided to book the trip. It is fabulous, like all the other reviews say. We even saw dolphins in the bay from the back porch too one morning. The golf cart, the pool table, the TVs, the grill, the kitchen -- all outstanding. We went to the beach one afternoon and waded in the water. It is very cold this time of year, in case you are wondering, but lots of people are mingling around and some are in the water.

Absolutely Gorgeous!

My husband and I really enjoyed spending our 20th Wedding Anniversary in Indian Rock Beach, FL. Rick was so responsive and accomodating. We will definitely be staying in this beautiful home with amazing water front views. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated.

Last Minute Family Trip

Because one of my adult children was getting ready to leave the country for 9 to 12 months, we decided to plan a last-minute family beach trip. This property was perfect for us. The house was well stocked. The waterfront location was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the dolphins in the bay. During the day we took the golf cart down to the beach. Rick was an amazing host. He was very responsive and is just a great person overall. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will likely return again in the future. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect vacation!

We were so happy to have the golf cart. We’d cruise around during the day to the beach, and amazing restaurants. We would come back late afternoon and bbq and enjoy the views off the dock. Rick was the best host we’ve ever had! We will be back!

Amazing property

Family get together

This was our families first VRBO and really didn’t know what it would be like. That said we got to the property and the garage entry was locked with no access to the golf cart and beach accessories. We contacted Richard and within 15 minutes he was on site with keys as well as he took the time to show all amenities of the property and things to consider, he was super helpful!We will definitely be back and would recommend this property for anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay! Great property!

Terrific time at Indian Rocks Beach!

Great house, super clean, owner (Rick) very responsive, dock on property is fun (fishing, canoeing, kayaking), golf cart (and golf cart parking at beach) awesome! Super nice that all linens were provided (including beach towels, and beach chairs!)

Spring break

We had a great week. The house was clean and beautiful views. The golf cart was a great way to get to the beach. The only complaint would be to have night stands with lamps in the bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property in safe and gorgeous neighborhood.

We had great time. House is modern, very clean and beautiful. Located on the ocean canal with its own dock. Loved fishing from it . Enjoyed golf cart ride to the beach. Only 5 minutes away. Neighborhood is gorgeous , safe and quiet. We had great time. Will be back for sure. Larisa.
