Just a short walk or bike ride from Sunset Beach, this spacious 4-bedroom home gives families and groups their own private heated pool, bicycles, a kayak, and plenty of room to relax. Spend the day at the beach, cool off in the pool, bike the nearby trails, or head out to explore Tarpon Springs—then come home to your own private retreat.



    Walk to Sunset Beach

    Head to the end of the block and you're at Sunset Beach Park on the Gulf of Mexico. Walk or ride one of our bikes to the beach for swimming, relaxing by the water, and those beautiful Florida Gulf Coast sunsets.



    Relax by Your Private Heated Pool

    When you're ready to stay home, spend the day around your private heated pool. Relax under the palm tree with a cool drink while the family enjoys the pool, pool volleyball, bean bag toss, and our beach and pool toys.



    Bike, Kayak & Explore

    Grab one of our bikes and explore the area's beaches and riding trails, or take the kayak out for another way to enjoy the Florida outdoors. Howard Park is about 1.5 miles away, and the famous Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks are about 3.5 miles away for restaurants, shopping, history, and local culture.

Property was awesome! They had everything you could ever need and then some! Super clean. Location was so perfect close to everything. Our family went scalloping nearby and it was a perfect place to come back to relax after being on the sun. Great pool area! Convenient parking. Host respond immediately to any questions/needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Relax at the Beach

We enjoyed a week here. We walked to the Beach when we wanted, mostly stayed by the pool. Great neighborhood, enjoyed evening walks, 5 minutes from downtown. Will definitely be back. Steve was great to deal with, very accommodating.

Awesome house and pool!

We have stayed at lots of homes and this one was hands down the most clean and well stocked. Very relaxing out by the pool and beautiful. Nice neighborhood and great location. Tarpon Springs is a nice town with lots of options for great food and fun. Pack your bags and rent this home, you won't be disappointed. Thank you for all the extras, you are great hosts!

This house has it ALL! We all said “Wow!”when we walked in the door. This house is SO clean and the pool and beach accessories were perfect. An absolutely perfect stay!

We had the most wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that they had thought of every little detail to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed (and more). The pool was a total highlight—private and perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s rare to find a place that checks every box, but this one truly did. This property is a 20, on a scale of 1-10! It is head and shoulders over every prior property that I have rented on VRBO. It is clean, very well provisioned and located in a nice, safe area. There are very good restaurants and pubs close by and downtown Tarpon Springs is beautiful. The property manager was responsive and helpfull, from our engagement to checkout. Our group visited the area for our annual Spring Training Baseball trip, and we could not have picked a better location. Returning home from the ball park to a clean, sun drenched and refreshing pool was the cherry on top. The local beaches are also great, particularly the state park.Thank you Steve and Co.

I get to be the first!

This house is gorgeous! It looks just as good if not better than the pictures. Super comfortable bed, soft towels, plenty of pillows, decorated perfectly, open and spacious, and very well stocked. Even smoked my first turkey on Thanksgiving in their smoker and it turned out so delicious I bought my own smoker when I got home. My wife was ready to move in permanently. Well done.

A fabulous house and vacation!

This house had everything we were looking for and then some! The inside was beautifully decorated, comfy, warm and welcoming. Outside was a huge bonus!! From the fantastic and gorgeous pool area to the outdoor grilling area, it was more than we could have imagined. The garage was filled with everything you could ever need for a day at Sunset Beach. Wonderful vacation

This is a beautiful beach home near the beach. My family of four had a wonderful time here. The kids loved the pool and all the bikes and toys already there for us. We used the provided kayak at the sunset beach 5min walk down the road. The host was responsive and professional. We went to Lego land that was just over an hour away and went to Tampa/St. Petersburg. Thank you! A++++ We will return again 100%

Impressive!!!

House was very clean and kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Garage was loaded with pool toys and beach items. Walking distance to beach. My wife and I, two daughters, son in laws, grandchildren and two dogs had a great time in this house. No need to look anywhere else, book this house. Steve and Joyce were great hosts and very easy to communicate with. Look forward to visiting again.
