Clean and conveniently located

Loved the space. Add a broom or sweeper for sand. Nice beach gear was all there.

The best spot along St Pete Beach

Pass-a-Grille is an unbeatable location for a relaxing visit to the St. Pete Beach area. The facility was quaint and clean, parking was good and the location and access to restaurants, drinks, the beach, etc. was fantastic. The only negative I could possibly note is that the bathroom was very small

Although it was cold and windy outside the apartment was warm and cozy inside. Had prompt response from the owner when we needed heat. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Loved Historic Pass a Grille. Great restaurants nearby. Would not call the bathroom commodious but it sufficed for us. Kitchen was tiny but we made breakfasts and lunches easily. Loved the keurig coffee maker. Lanai was nice. Washer has a huge capacity and the spin cycle makes clothes super dry after washing. Would definitely recommend

We Love Pass-a-Grille

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was very nice, as was the room we rented a year earlier. The view of the intercoastal and downtown was very pleasant. The room was clean and roomy enough for us both (not including the very small bathroom, but we understand this is a remodel from an old building). The location, in downtown historic Pass-a-Grille is perfect. Serene but not dead. Short walk to the beautiful beach and several great restaurants (we highly recommend Paradise To Go and Grace).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented all units and adjacent property to host our family and our wedding venue. The room’s themselves are beautiful and the location at the top of 8th and across Merry Pier makes it central and easy for a walkable trip. Through the tech travel team we also added a golf cart which really rounded out the trip for guests that can’t easily walk.Admittedly we ran into a timing issue with the pool install being in progress during the wedding but Vivienne and Brandon gave us a beautiful option of the neighboring property for our we’d which worked out perfect!It was a beautiful experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: La Tortuga was clean, the decor was contemporary and inviting, and the mattress was outstanding. The space included a cooler, beach chairs and picnic table. The kitchen appliances were stylish and had a retro vibe that matched the house, but the refrigerator was small... not a deal breaker by any means, but just a heads up. Bathroom in suite #1 was also quite small, also not a deal breaker. This is a true beach rental, but was not shabby; everything was new and very clean. We would stay here again. Location was perfect and in the heart of PAG.

It located in walking to distance to the beach and everything pass-a-grille has to over. I’ve been coming down here for years now and this was the first time I stayed here and will be staying here from now on!

The bathroom in this property was more suited to be a smallish broom closet more suitable for little people. grossly overpriced for what it is. The "instructions" for the use of this property was an impersonal, demanding tutorial.

I grew up in Pass-A-Grille as a child and our son spent 1/2 his life there in the summertime. Our family sold the beach home. So we decided to stay at our location and were very relaxed and happy.

We stayed for a weekend getaway and absolutely fell in love with our accomondations. I do not even know where to begin!!! Location was beyond fantastic, it is in the historic 8th Ave shopping area. It was one block from the beach!!! Super cute room...loved the decor. It was so bright and cheery. The attention to detail was amazing right down to a basket of beach towels!!! Will definitely be our go to when visiting Pass-A-Grille beach.
