The condo was beautiful, clean, easy communication with the owners. We had a wonderful time and the view from the balcony overlooking the gulf was spectacular. A perfect place for a couple to vacation

Gorgeous Condo!

This condo is very clean and nicely decorated. The owners have thought of everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The building and pool are clean. Beautiful views from the room or beach. Location is convenient to many nice restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Location for Couples

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious condo in Indian Rocks Beach and we must say, it was an absolutely beautiful experience. This stunning one-bedroom condo was located directly on the gulf, providing breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere. From the moment we entered the condo, we were greeted with a sense of luxury and elegance. The interior design was tastefully done, with beach-themed furnishings and modern amenities. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the condo, creating an ambiance of relaxation and comfort. The condo featured a spacious living area, complete with a cozy sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a long day on the beach.The fully equipped kitchen was a true delight, featuring top-of-the-line appliances and everything we needed. The bedroom was beautifully decorated and provided a peaceful retreat, allowing us to wake up rejuvenated and ready for a day in paradise.There are several restaurants within walking distance, as well. From the moment we reached out to Erin and Robert to inquire about the condo, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They promptly answered all of our questions and provided detailed information about their process and the condo itself. Their clear and timely communication made everything a breeze. Erin also answered any questions we had throughout our stay. If you have the opportunity to stay here, we highly recommend it. Enjoy!

The Great Escape

Our first time with Vrbo; we found this one bedroom condo was located in the most ideal spot on pristine Indian Rocks Beach. Close enough to walk to area restaurants and shops, but quiet and peaceful. Stylishly decorated and comfortable, with everything you would need for a 2 week stay. We had daily accessibility to viewing the most beautiful sunsets AND moonrises. We liked it so much we booked again for next year! Our host was very attentive and communicated well with us. Thank you Erin!

Dissatisfied

I was not going to write a negative review, however the communication with Erin Porter propelled me to be honest. The floor was ground in filth. I went out and purchased cleaning products to clean the floor and dust. The fans had been neglected the throw rugs were dirty. It was not their fault but the next condo to this condo was being worked on (jackhammering). It was the cold remark from Erin ..indicating they would reimburse us a week if we found another hotel she said. She never apologized (her husband Robert was however sensitive to the noise going on from early morning to 4pm). Erin Porter closed the conversation with me saying “her and her husband would then use the condo since it was empty “, that was the extent of her empathy. To make matters worse after a week we left Erin sends an email to us asking where the pictures were on her white cabinet.! Instead of looking in a drawer she wrote me. I explained I put them in them in the drawer because I was dusting the dust filled condo. She left no thank you. She never apologized. When I mentioned this rude communication this is what she wrote. I saved it for proof. She wrote”thank you I guess”. She wrote that after we departed. Now my motive for writing, is to advise you of our experience. Save yourself the aggravation.!! We have been going to the area for close to 15 years, Erin takes the prize with rudeness! Thank you I guess.. just being honest Erin!

Home Away From Home

From the moment we walked in we felt so comfortably here, and the owners were fantastic to work with ! The Condo is located in a very quite location in the building and sitting on the balcony is like your the only one there ! We met a few of the Full time tenants in the building and they all were so nice ... We plan to make this our new go to spot ❤️ #weloveithere
