Best cozy spot! Location! Location! Parked rental when arrived and never got back in until it was time to leave. Beach right across the street and a few min walk to John’s Pass! I would highly recommend.

Close to beach for sunset walks, thanks for the beach chairs in the closet. Easy to get to Johns Pass for restaurants, bars and ice cream. Small space but worked for our needs

Perfect vacation spot

We were very happy to stay at the cozy corner! We had what we needed. Great for 2 people! Beach chairs and umbrella were available and used almost everyday. We loved walking to John’s Pass, restaurants and ice cream were all within walking distance . Dennis and Mj were great to talk with, if you need anything they are very responsive. Definitely coming back.

Short stay

I was freezing the first night I got there. I couldn't find any blankets. I did find a heater shoved way back in the bottom of the cabinet but that was only when I was leaving. There was nothing in the information provided that indicated there was a heater available. I ended up putting the two beach towels over me and I was able to finally fall asleep. Also there were no kitchen utensils except a small paring knife. I had a hard time cutting up an apple! I heated some food in the toaster oven but no spatula or hot pads to get it out! I had to buy a bowl to mix a salad in! The last night I was there the people next to me were very loud talking, laughing, banging doors, yelling to each other in the parking lot. It went on until 2 in the morning. I would recommend you have a designated quiet time after 10 pm or at least 11. The bed and pillows were comfortable so I appreciated that.

Great Location

Great location for the area....easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and John's Pass for shopping and entertainment. Condo was clean and communication with the owner was good. Parking was available but spots were small so a larger vehicle may be a challenge to park. Other than that the condo has everything you need for a condo at the beach.

Great hosts and location

The hosts, Dennis and MJ, are awesome. The best hosts we've encountered in many VRBO stays. Very easy check in process. The property is very clean. The location is great, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The beach is a short walk across the street. We had a great time. Thanks again Dennis and MJ!

The condo was as advertised except for the shower. Water pressure was very low. That was the only negative thing. If that gets addressed we would stay again.

Great host great place

What a great host, I have stayed at several VRBO houses and Dennis and his wife were absolutely great to deal with very quick to respond, when we got there the beach chairs that were provided to use were not working properly, not only did they bring us there personal chairs to use for the remainder of our stay they came out on the beach and found us to switch them out and went out of there way to make sure everything was right this day in age that is not done often enough. This place is in a great location close to lot of restaurants and right across the street from the beach in a quiet end of town will definitely book again if ever back to the area room was clean and great for two people to have a quiet week or weekend at the beach. Thanks again for being such great host Domon and Crystal

Great little place with all the things you need to go to the beach without having to pack them

Great place , only problem we had was the combo lock on the door would not lock last couple days we were there, so we didn't feel safe leaving anything valuable in the room unsecured.

Great location with easy access to beautiful Madeira Beach.

Small but suited my needs. Clean. Comfortable bed. Area was not scary. People out walking after dark on vacation. Parking is limited but had no problem finding a space on-site. Liked the keyless entry so no losing a key and being charged for it. Can use one hand to open door as my other was usually full of stuff. Beach access across the street. Very convenient. This was an old Beach motel turned condos so many are residents meaning less transients. No complaints!

Fun little cozy place near the beach

My parents enjoyed their 40th anniversary here. It was a quaint little place not too far from the beach. The owners communicated everything we needed to know and left extra towels. Great price too!

Great location close to beach and boardwalk

Dennis and his wife were great host very accommodating and helpful. The unit is small but was perfect for what we needed. Enjoyed the pool, beach, and boardwalk. Will staying again in the future if we return to Madeira Beach.

Weekend Getaway

The rental process was very easy. Awesome communication with host! Location directly across from beach access and a short walk to John’s Pass. The rental is just as advertised it’s comfy and cozy. Was perfect for what we were looking for a weekend away.

Clean property in a great location

This property is right across the street from the beach access on 134th street which is a great access as there is not a lot of traffic as with the larger beach access lots. The unit is very clean and just as advertised. The owner's response rate is instant. The unit is small (as stated) but has literally everything you need including beach towels, cooler, beach umbrella and chair as well as a fridge, microwave, toaster over, coffee maker, blender, ironing board and more! Just a short walk to John's Pass which has shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream, coffee, live music, boat and tour rentals and more. The only reason it got a 4 star overall is that if you are not small (like my husband and I luckily are) the shower is tiny and there are only 13 parking spots which are all thin and short and unfortunately there are more units than that so you may be out of luck with parking which we found one night. Also a small car (Prius) did not park in the compact car spot and parked on the line on one side, taking up two spots as there was no way another car could fit in. Overall the property was perfect for a three day weekend spent relaxing at the beach.

Hidden Gem at madeira beach

great stay start to finish. property is exactly as advertised, &better! The beach access across the street - priceless! Dennis & MJ are superior hosts, Answered questions almost immediately- thank you for that. John’s Pass just a few minutes walk down the way, love it! Will stay here again 😊

Great Location!

As many comments have stated, this unit is small, but it was very clean and comfortable. I was attending a 3-day event at the West Event Center and it was one block away. I walked to the event and therefore had no issues with parking. Beach access is right across the street! John's Pass is right down the road and easily walkable. Small kitchenette with appliances. I would recommend getting some wine glasses for the unit, wine in a coffee mug just doesn't have the same end of day relaxing feel. This unit was very affordable considering the location. The owner was quick to respond to my inquiries. I would definitely stay here again.
