Location, location, location!

Loved having our own pool and the extra suite downstairs! Walked to dinner several times with delicious food choices.The fishing dock and park were added bonuses to this stay. Very well stocked kitchen, towels, bathrooms, etc…Lastly, close proximity to Clearwater attractions.

Fantastic Spring Break Trip!

We loved this house! It felt so cozy and welcoming, and everything was super clean and well set up when we arrived. The backyard pool area was a total highlight — great for hanging out after beach days. The location was awesome too — close to everything we wanted to do but still peaceful. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spring break rental!

Nice escape to the sun

This house is very well located close to a variety of restaurants and access to the Pinellas Trail for walking/cycling. Plenty of space for a family or friends group, though that would likely be better if you could access downstairs from inside the house. It was too cool to use the garden in the evening, but in the middle of the day the pool was great. I'm sure in the middle of summer the seating and fire-pit are a bonus. The bikes available at the house are fine for a short distance, but if you plan on cycling further you would need to bring your own or rent from Tarpon Tom's close by. The nearby market is great for basics and the kitchen is well equipped. The owner was responsive to questions, no problems at all with getting information, would stay again.

Amazing Family vacation

Great location, wonderful house, gorgeous pool and outside area! The hosts were so great to work with and made our family vacation so awesome! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful, accommodating Florida vacation. So close to some of the best restaurants, beaches and of course, Phillies Spring training.

Great fit for our family

10 family members fit perfect in this house. Separation of downstairs and upstairs worked out fine but would be nice to access both from inside the house. Property and house was extremely clean and decorated well with everything you need in the kitchen. More wash cloths and hand soap was the only minimal issue mentioned by all. Appreciate the hospitality and ease of renting the unit from the owners. Unfortunately heading back to snow. Goodbye sunshine

Great family spot

We had a great time visiting this past summer. The house was just as listed and we made the best of being hurricaned out once again for our Florida trip. The property owners were very understanding and allowed a late checkout due to the weather during our stay.

Beautiful home perfect for 2 families

Our family shared this home with our good friends' family. Together we had several kids who are mid to late teens and early 20's. This house was perfect for us!! It was beautifully decorated and very clean and had many great amenities. The downstairs suite was a great place for the kids to hang out and do their own thing. We all loved the pool on sunny days and the games on rainy ones. The owners checked in with us and we had no issues with check in or check out. We hope to stay here again next year and in the years to come!

Great location for cyclists

The location is perfect for cyclists who want to ride the Pinellas trail. There is plenty of room in the garage to safely store twelve or more bikes. For those who ride casually the host has 4 single speed bikes available. The house and grounds are lovely. One thing to note is there is NO inside connection to the top and bottom of the house. That's clearly stated in the description now but I somehow overlooked it. The only way to enter the bottom unit is through the garage. And this entry goes through the 5th "Bedroom" which is a room with no windows or closet. It appears there used to be a spiral staircase but that has been removed and the opening sealed. You will have to go outside to visit the people in the top unit. The heated pool was large and wonderful. We enjoyed the stars while using the gas firepit one night. Most in my cycling group are older so we wouldn't have used the hammocks any way but the fabric was mildewed and torn. In Florida that happens quickly. I notified the owner so that has probably been replaced by now. I had problems with VRBO responding and giving me access to the house. They also would not give me the address until two days prior to arrival. I'm not satisfied with VRBO's service. We were two hours late being able to access the house. The host had always been extremely responsive to my texts leading up to arrival so I became afraid I had been scammed. He was on a cruise and was not getting my texts. We will definitely rent here again.

Had a great stay with my girlfriends! Wonderful pool! Hosts very responsive!! Fun restaurants walking distance! Kitchen could use a better supply of spices and Pam., ! Also it would have been great to have a booklet right in house regarding housekeeping questions! Overall a wonderful stay!!

Excellent Stay!

This was the perfect home for our family vacation! Location, location, location! Close to everything we wanted to do, Beaches, Busch Gardens, and Top Golf! Lots of cute towns close for shopping and exploring. There are also some really wonderful restaurants within walking distance that made a great margarita. When we weren't out seeing the sights the pool was a hit! We've never had a short term rental with such wonderful accommodations outside. The kitchen had everything we need for the family meals and the grill was perfect. There was okay of room and the beds were comfortable. This was the perfect home for our family!
