Este espacioso apartamento de playa de 2 dormitorios se encuentra en la comunidad de playa de Indian Rocks beach Fl. Este dúplex tiene una terraza familiar grande privada para asar o simplemente relajarse con una fresca. Amplio, plan de piso que puede dormir 5 cómodamente. Tiene todas las comodidades del hogar. Beach house in Indian Rocks Beach

Nice property, well stocked and very close to the beach. In a beautiful neighborhood also. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beach Stay

Awesome little spot not far from the beach. Nice and quiet in the evenings. We had an awesome time, lots of places to go that are within walking distance.

Easy beach access

Cute little apartment close to the beach. Easy short walk to beach, ice cream shop directly at beach access makes for a nice day. Would stay again, a little outdated, but, still a comfortable & quaint experience.

Sad reason, good visit.

The location of this property was perfect! We were in town for the memorial of a friend and the location of the gathering was less than a block away. Access to the beach is just across Gulf Blvd and this place is only a half a block from that road. Was a clean, quiet place to stay. Would definitely stay there again when heading back down that way!

Best experience

Loved visiting IRB, hated having to leave! This home was small but welcoming and great for a quick weekend get away. Very clean and comfortable. Short walk to beach stores and restaurants enough to be Uber free and save money.

Relaxing time

It was a nice stay. Perfect location. Maybe update the furniture but otherwise we had a relaxing few days. Beach is a block away. We will probably return.

Nice place!

The property was just as we expected! Very short walk to the beach on a nice, quiet street. We spent very little time in the house since we were at the beach so often, but the house met our needs perfectly.

Great Location

the location was 1 block from the beach and took 5 minutes for the walk. The apartment was very nice and had sufficient space for 3 couples to enjoy time in the Indian Rocks Beach area. I would rent this property again in the future.

Quiet getaway

Quiet weekend getaway. Property was priced fair (could use some updating). Property manager was easy to get in touch with. 5 minute walk to beach. Plenty of restaurants close by. Will stay here again.

Excellent location and value

Outstanding overall experience at this property. It’s just off the beaten path, but an easy walk to the beach, even carrying a cooler and supplies. The property owner provides beach chairs and an umbrella, which is a huge plus. The setting is peaceful with a huge and well-shaded deck, making outdoor relaxation all the more enjoyable.

GREAT SPOT

It was a beautiful place with many things very close. You could walk to nearly anything! The beach, getting food, bike rentals! The only downside was if you get apartment neighbors at the same time and they happen to be a little.. loud 😂 But, overall AMAZING!

Beach House

My wife and I were quite pleased with the accommodations. My initial problems with the TV I was able to resolve. We really liked the location. The washing machine needs some maintenance. We will definitely be back.

Good location, nice layout

It was fine for a couple of days at the beach, beds were not the most comfortable but biggest con was house was sparsely outfitted. Very few dishes or cooking utensils (e.g. no knives except steak knives) and beach chairs were two camp chairs and a broken beach chair.

Perfect Location Pet Friendly Easy Beach Access

I found this rental when searching for pet friendly accommodations that were close to the beach but still offered privacy. This rental was exactly as advertised in the pictures/description. Everything we needed for our beach vacation…Clean, two bedroom, one bath, kitchen, living room with pullout, washer/dryer in unit, large private deck, large parking area, quiet. Only one other unit shares this location. We stayed in apartment A. Would recommend to anyone wanting close beach access, pet friendly, quiet neighborhood. Contacted the property manager about a couple issues and he was quick to respond & visit. Will definitely consider this rental for future Indian Rocks Beach vacations.

Proximity to Beach / Clean !

Indian Rocks Beach House Apt A - The pictures of the duplex matched how the space actually looked. It was clean and in order. Overall satisfied, the kitchen/bathroom is a bit dated, but all in working order, which is what counts! Washer/dryer for use in the unit is a nice plus, the overall space is great for groups. I requested to extend my stay and was able to with no problems. The walls connecting unit A & B are thin, so depending on the noise level you can hear some noise from one of the bedrooms. Location is amazing, just a short walk across the street to the beach. Wish I took advantage and made more out of my trip and use the apt. An excellent experience and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!!

Perfect location

Perfect location to walk to the beach!! They left a wagon for us with beach chairs which was perfect!! The wall in the master is thin, we had a really scary neighbor pounding on our door demanding to be let in while blowing it up at night when we arrived after our late flight. That was the only problem during our trip but not the hosts fault. He was very aggressive and scared me and our kids. Always keep your doors locked at any rental property and do not open to anyone! He left after our second night and all the other neighbors were great! We didn’t let that ruin our trip and had a great time!! Cvs is right down the street which was nice to know after we figured that out!

Indian Rocks Beach Anniversary Vacay

The property was very clean. Property manager clearly communicated how to access property. During our stay, we experienced issues with the toilet not working. Communicated the issue with the property manager but he did not send maintenance to fix the leaking toilet.

Fun just minor tweaks

It was really nice and I LOVED the location. Super nice and honestly spacious for the price. A few things; wifi didn’t work for us, saw 3-4 cockroaches, and beds caused back pain. The couch is pull out which was nice. The owner was helpful. The codes for each unit was the same which was kind of creepy because people walked in on us a few times and so did cleaners. The location is across the street from IRB so the walk is short. More mirrors would have been nice. But overall it was pretty well put together and I would recommend it but maybe bring some cockroach killer.
