Encantadora casa de campo, a pasos de la playa. Frente al paso de John

Cottage by the Pass ofrece todo el encanto de los días pasados, así como todas las comodidades modernas. Cottage by the Pass se encuentra a pocos pasos de la arena blanca, sin calles para cruzar. Al otro lado de la calle está John's Pass Village y Boardwalk. En el interior, encontrarás un amplio apartamento tipo estudio que cuenta con una cocina completa, una cómoda sala de estar, una cama tamaño queen en el área para dormir y un amplio baño con vestidor. La cabaña está equipada con WiFi y TV vía satélite. Fuera de las puertas dobles francesas, nuestros huéspedes disfrutan del amplio balcón privado que ofrece una vista panorámica del Golfo. El balcón es de aprox. 400 pies cuadrados, parcialmente cubiertos para permitir un excelente lugar para comer.

We completely enjoyed our stay! Location is steps from restaurants, shops, and the beach! Mornings on the balcony with coffee were great. The unfortunate hurricane damage to nearby buildings afforded us a clear view of the gulf and sunsets. We would absolutely stay again!

Great Location

Great location! Beach is an easy walk and shops and restaurants are right across the street. Our upstairs unit was perfect for the 2 of us. We will definitely stay again.

Easy beach stay

Comfortable, no-frills stay for one or a couple. Easy access to beach as well as restaurants and shopping at John’s Pass. Handy parking, nice deck and patio with grill. A few basic items that would be helpful: kitchen linens, basic storage containers and hand soap.

Nice place!

What a darling little place and a perfect location. Right across the street from John's Pass and walking distance to the beach. (It's a bit of a walk though) All in all, a perfect weekend place. I would certainly go back.

Perfect location, perfect accommodations! Everything was so easy to navigate from parking to check in process! Directly across the street from John's Pass and short walk to the amazing beach! Couldn't get any better! Would love to come back!

Location location location

We had an amazing stay! Cherie was great we got there earlier than check in and she was very accommodating by letting us get into the cottage early. The cottage is centrally located with a minimal walk to the beach and across the street from the boardwalk. We will definitely be back!! I would highly recommend staying here!

This was a unique beach experience

You are exceptionally close to dining, shopping and entertainment if you want or being on the upper back deck, which is partially covered, allows you casual, relaxing down time. And the beach is hardly a minute away. The best of all worlds!!

Awesome location

This property is just across the street from our favorite tiki bar and you can enjoy the live music in the fenced front yard or the private balcony in the back that you can see the water and beach as you sup your morning coffee. John's Pass boardwalk is across the road with all its little shops and pubs and restaurants. Plenty of boat cruises and beaches. So much to see!

Great Location

Once you're there you do not have to move the car! Except to go to Publix. Very nice studio for two adults. Large balcony with a peek a boo view of the ocean!

Cottage Paradise

This was our second time at the cottage. This time we rented the 2nd floor studio. It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay including kitchen utensils, washer and dryer etc.. Location is perfect! Right across the street from John’s Pass and the beach in the backyard. The host is awesome! We will definitely go back soon.

Great Location to St Johns Pass and beach

Was great driveway for parking, first impression of place was great. Big Kitchen and table, nice living area. Bedrooms are small but had 2 bathrooms. Beds could be updated they were not real wonderful but for great location we put up with it for a few days. We never even used car, we where there 4 days 3 nights.

Location, location, location!

Super cute and clean unit, with a full kitchen that has everything you need to prepare meals, including a gas grill outdoors. We especially enjoyed sitting on the huge back deck in the morning. Walking distance to EVERYTHING, including the beach. We rarely used our car while we were here! Air conditioner works great and the bed is super comfy! We'll be back!
