Spacious recently remodeled home, perfect for those looking to be comfortable. The house has plenty of hang-out space and is a short 5-minute drive to the beach. Two bedrooms have work desks and there are additional spaces to work around the house, for those who can't just quite getaway (or for those who are working remotely!).

Living Area
There are several spaces to hang out in the house including:
1. A large living room with 55-inch Amazon Fire Toshiba Smart TV, great for a movie after a long day in the sun
2. A relaxing separate in-door sitting room for games or conversation
3. A screened-in porch with a sitting area and dining table
4. A backyard patio with a fire pit, string lights, and a Char-Broil gas grill

Kitchen & Dining
Recently remodeled, the kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked, even for a gourmet chef. There is a small table for 2 in the kitchen in addition to a dining room table which seats 6. There is also another 6-person dining table in the sunroom to enjoy the fall or spring breeze.

If you are craving hot dogs and burgers, we have you covered! We have a Char-Broil gas grill on the back porch.

Bedrooms & Baths
This house can accommodate up to 4 couples (2 king and 2 queen beds). 3 out of the 4 bedrooms have TVs.

Two of the bedrooms have pullout couches to sleep an additional 4. Maximum capacity of 12. There is an additional charge of $25.00 for each guest over 8; children over 2 count as guests, thank you for your understanding. 1 pack 'n play is provided, please reach out if you need additional pack 'n plays; *the house is not child-proof.*

There are 2 recently remodeled bathrooms; one has a shower tub combo and the other has a gorgeous tile shower.

Outdoor Area
The large screened-in porch has a dining table and sitting area with two large ceiling fans.

Connected to the screened-in porch you’ll find a back patio with a Char-Broil gas grill and a fire pit with string lights.
