Great home and location!

This home is just as advertised! Steps from the beach. Beach isn’t crowded. And everything to do is with a 15-20 minute walk. Beautifully decorated and super comfortable. We will be back!

Great Place

Very lovely vacation rental. Very clean and wonderfully appointed. Very short walk to the beach without having to cross any streets. This was our first time renting through vrbo and it far exceeded our expectations. The registration process was very straightforward and communications between the owners and us were very easy. We had a couple requests after we booked the place and the owners were very accommodating. New beach chairs, towels, a boogie board, and beach umbrella were provided in the cottage for our use. There is a coin operated laundry room next to the little outdoor grilling/sitting area available for use, but we were only there for seven nights so we had no need to do laundry. 24 Cambria was the perfect size for the two of us. We strongly recommend this place and will definitely book it again next year for a longer period of time. Thank you.

The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The cottage was clean and as described. If I had to add anything, I might suggest a keurig but the coffee pot worked just fine. Had a great time and would recommend!

Great getaway

Greatest little getway. Not next to road so we had very little noise, and allot of privacy. We found a shuttle service from St Pete/Clearwater airport called Grouper (just 8 per person from airport to our door. Then we never left the island.

Great stay!

The location was great, and it was easy to check in and out. The place was clean, and it had all the good amenities. The bed was a little firm, and I wish I would have asked beforehand about how to do laundry, but those are my only nitpicks. Overall, it was great, 5-star stay!

Winter Get Away

Cozy, comfortable, excellent location!

This cottage was everything my partner and I needed. Steps from the sand, close enough to easily walk to all the hustle and bustle, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet when “home”. Accommodations were clean, comfortable, and stocked with all of the basic necessities and then some. Information for check in, property expectations, and check out were very clear and communicated efficiently. Would stay here again.

SHORT RETREAT

Everything was so nice. We were very comfortable, bed was great. It was nice to have a little kitchen and living room to relax after the beach. The area is quiter than the hussle and bustle which we thoroughly enjoyed, but easily walkable. Thank you Mike for everything.

Great stay

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in April. The cottage is small but plenty of room for us, does have a pullout couch if needed, king bed was comfortable for me, my husband didn’t think so. The cottage is about 4 houses from the beach which is beautiful. It has a cute outdoor area. It is also walkable to everything, all the restaurants and bars, about 15 minute walk. Parking is definitely an issue if you have a car. On the weekends the street parking makes it almost impossible to find a spot. What they don’t tell you in the reservation is that you can use the driveway. Once you find a spot, you don’t really need a car until you check out. They have beach towels and two chairs (which could be upgraded, I think they were the worst chairs on the beach), however having the chairs was great. Reservation says laundry, it is not in unit and is coin operated. We did not need the laundry. There is a house next door with a pool so there were some splashy kids there during our stay but it was fine. I would recommend this cute cottage due to the proximity to beach and restaurants/bars. We loved it.
