The main bedroom for my grandchildren has 2 bunk beds, and is a converted garage, which still has the garage door, no windows, and a door leading directly outside. We had to tie a bed sheet to the door and bunk bed, after my 3 year old opened the door and walked out. This kids room also includes the hot water heater, and washer dryer, a spark from any of these appliances would be catastrophic. The current tax assessor shows this so called bedroom a garage, and a 4 bedroom home, this property was listed as a 5 bedroom. This is clearly an illegal bedroom. The pool temperature when we arrived was 73, which was too cold for my grandchildren to go in. We reported this to the owner’s agent. Without notice from the agent, the pool technician showed up for his previously scheduled day to clean the pool, and informed us that the problem is that there is a leak in the pool, which required us to continually fill the pool with water, per his instruction (Which reduced the temperature). The posted license for this property shows it expired on February 1st 2025.
