The location was really nice - large clean beach with good walking. The condo was nice but small and we missed not having an in unit clothes washer and dryer. Staying for over two weeks - clean sheets would have been appreciated. The condos were well maintained - would love to see an umbrella in the shared terrace.

This rental was perfect! It had an unobstructed ocean view with beautiful sunsets! It was smaller than I had expected but was not lacking anything. Perfect location, comfortable beds and beautiful beaches. Would LOVE to come back!!!

The entire process of reserving, detailas and questions was so smooth and easy! This small apartment was perfect for us, great view of the ocean and sunsets. Easy walk to the pool and beach. The unit had everything we needed!

The room was immaculately clean. Although updated, it is an older complex so no dishwasher, and laundry facilities are outside the suite and at additional expense. Wonderful place for a couple that is alone and not entertaining. Views of the beach inside the suite are spectacular. The management company for this unit was first class five star. Very accommodating. Only real issue was that beach was under reconstruction during my entire stay so I could not access it directly from the complex but had to walk one- third of a mile away unfortunately. The direct access was finally opened on the day I checked out so that future renters should in fact be steps away fromThe beach. I can say that the management company told me that the construction was not scheduled to be there until two weeks later and that they had no notice of the advanced start date, They were sincerely apologetic and did compensate me with what I believe was a fair amount of partial refund discount. So overall I would recommend this property for couples and would definitely recommend the management company, Sandy Feet, and shopping for properties managed by Sandy Feet because I believe them to be honest and that they will give you a fair shake if there is a problem during your stay.

Gorgeous Views in this space for 2!

We were on a friends trip and had a MARVELOUS time! The space is small but lovely and the e views are unbeatable. This is my second time staying at BBC. The beach isn’t crowded. The sands are white. The water is warm and calm and clear. You’re close to Clearwater and not far from other gorgeous area beaches and activities. Management is quick and attentive, helpful. You have a start on paper towels, toilet paper. You have one dish towel and several bath towels and beach towels. Coin or app operated laundry is on the 3rd floor. You can cook in the unit using a table top electric stove and toaster oven. There is no dishwasher. There is a microwave and regular coffee maker. Some spices on hand. There are some beach equipment for use.The elevator is broken. (I think it will be for a long time). You’ll won’t be disappointed- in fact you’ll love it if you stay here.

Perfect get away for two

Peaceful and quiet area, away from all your typical “beach” activities which was great for us. Easy drive to all those activities if you want them. The condo was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great getaway

What you see is exactly what you get and being able to run back to condo to have lunch was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and have already recommended it to others. Only complaint are the chairs on balcony. You need taller ones to better see the beautiful ocean view and not instead of looking through the balcony railing. Other than that 5 STARS!

Little Paradise

We had a wonderful stay here! My husband and I needed a beachfront getaway and this place was perfect! It was so clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of space for me and my husband and we were literally steps away from the ocean. We will definitely be coming back and cannot wait for our next stay!

Great views

Location on the beach was awesome. Beautiful view from condo. Need a car or be able to use Uber as you can't really walk places. Condo had everything you need although beach chairs could be upgraded.

Amazing views on a gorgeous beach minutes from Clearwater beach

Exactly as described. Clean and comfortable. Close to Clearwater beach but it’s also very nice to have your own private and much less busy beach outside your door. Sunsets were amazing from the balcony. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for what we needed. Lots of memories were made.

Great extended stay!

The apartment was great for a month on the beach for my husband and I. The management was responsive to questions before our visit and a small hiccup was immediately resolved. The beach was impeccable and easily accessible. We especially liked the area because it is residential, quiet and well maintained by the staff.

Nice Little Condo

The place was small but clean. Location was good. We were told the beach was useable but it wasn’t, due to rebuilding after the storm. We would recommend for a small family.

Beautiful Beach

Sandy Feet is just as described, small 1 bedroom condo. Perfect for a couple, kitchen has everything you need to prepare simple meals. Balcony is small, but right on the beach to enjoy the scenery and gorgeous sunsets. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within a short drive. Absolutely loved Sandy Feet, we'll definitely be back.
