Location, location, location

We were there in Feb. 2025. We lived about 5min away from BB back in the early 90s thru 2001. We loved it. Hasnt changed to much a some ways but has in others. But this location and beach and the privacy. Long walks and just spending some quite time on the sand. This is the place. ---The term CONDO I've found is used a bit loosely now. Our unit was basically a small 1 bed hotel room with a small kitchen. We stayed 4 days and made it work but not the place I would rent with more than one kid maybe and for an extended period would get a bit cramped. Had a musty moldy smell but we got passed it. Place is literally almost right on the sand. There was still quite a bit of repair and damage from the hurricane at other locations. BUT it was just steps from the magnificent beach and that is where we spent most of our time. There are still some fabulous restaurant's in the area and we just felt like we were more at home here probably as we used to live there. That all being said. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your place. Oh and take wash rags and extra towels:-)

Absolutely Beautiful

The beautiful views from the living room and bedroom were amazing! Our balcony was a very nice size with two comfortable chairs and table. Our unit was extremely clean and decorated very nice. The bathroom was stocked well with towels and toilettes. The kitchen was equipped with everything that you need for cooking. The bedroom had a king size bed and was honestly very comfortable. The pool was of perfect size. The beach was beautiful and about thirty steps from our unit. The outside was very clean. Everyone that we met was nice and was pleased with their stay as well. Our host was very professional, courteous and easy to work with. We would highly recommend staying here. Oh, and the sunsets are gorgeous. Thank you Antoni for being a wonderful host.

Just a GREAT Stay!!

From check-in to pool- side to GR8 food nearby to GR8 sights to GR8 sunsets. It was a wonderful place to stay!!

Fine for shorter stays

I don’t want to say this place was all bad because it wasn’t. It’s in a very nice location however, a few things went wrong door in our stay first you cannot see the golf from the pool area as mother nature came in and there is now a very large sand dune With no path to the gulf. Also, our first unit air conditioning did not work. We need it to move into a larger nicer unit and the manager was very helpful. However, that unit has absolutely no place to hang any clothes and not one drawer to put your clothes in as our stay was for over a week we basically had to live out of our suitcases. There is also a back alley that some vacationers had problems hearing rodents. Apparently they sprayed without telling everybody that they were doing so I would like the opportunity to have been away from my hotel room door in the spray , I am not saying that the units themselves had any issues but apparently the back alley behind the units dead overall I would not stay there again and if I did it, I would stay in the towers also it was very cool the first couple days of our stay and of course, the very small pool heater went out the gentleman who does the maintenance worked very hard to get the heater back up, but ran it very very low in fear of it, I guess breaking again which made the water almost too cold to swim in overall rating for this is a three out of five

Property is located in a great area. Just walk out your door to the Gulf. Amazing view of the water. Not located in the crowded part of the Gulf. Place was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The only thing was the house keepers or the maintenance crew was very loud every morning.
