Just got back from a spring break trip to Indian Shores and this condo unit was perfect for my family of four. The bedding was comfortable and clean, the kids had their own beds in a shared room and the bathrooms and showers were in great condition and recently remodeled. The kitchen was well stocked for our use and we were able to cook multiple meals for the week with ease. The host was fantastic, easy to communicate with and very responsive too. There were also plenty of beach toys for the kids, an umbrella and plenty of beach chairs for use. And a wagon to haul it all back and forth, which made beach days a breeze. Overall the stay and the unit is a 10/10. Only downside that others need to be aware of is that it's a bottom unit condo and the noise from the upstairs unit can easily be heard, especially the heavy footed walking. It made it hard to be in the unit in the evenings as the family upstairs was very loud, but it's a condo, so it comes with the territory. Otherwise, it's a great little condo and would recommend to anybody looking for a close spot to the beach!
