The house was in a perfect place to walk to the Sponge Docks or walk the other direction and be on Tarpin Ave within 15 minutes.We love the layout of the house.Very comfortable and clean.

No need to pack alarm, the traffic will wake you early. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Tarpon springs very friendly. Be sure to bring your own bath soap. Owner does not supply.

This cottage was perfect for my husband and I. Location was perfect for walking to the sponge docks and our favorite restaurant, Mr. Souvlaki.We will definately be using this house again.

Jessica was easy to communicate with on the app. The house was cute and comfortable. The house was reasonably stocked with towels, kitchen items, etc. They even had beach towels and camping chairs to borrow. There are 2 bicycles that we did not use. We stayed for 3 weeks over Christmas and they even had it decorated for us. The location is very good for walking to restaurants and shops on Tarpon Avenue and the Sponge docs. There is a brewery nearby called Brighter Days that we walked to several times for live music and good beer. The trade-off is that because on a main road, it is a bit loud from street noise. We got used to it quickly and it really wasn't an issue for us.Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and very well stocked.if you enjoy live music then right across the street is a restaurant that has live music every Friday and Saturday night. You can sit on the porch and enjoy the music. Location was great, walking distance to the sponge docks, great food, and shopping. Host was quick to respond to our questions.

It was great stay in a very good central location. We had a fabulous time and the host was great with good recommendations. Overall the home was very nice, clean, spacious and felt like home. We had an awesome time and I definitely would recommend this property.

For day get-away

Nicely located near the Pinellas bike trail (which we used several times) and the sponge docks were an easy walk away. Many eating establishments nearby.

Perfect location for exploring

Wonderful location within walking distance of Sponge Dock area. Accommodations are well equipped and maintained in a comfortable. Great place for a weekend getaway.
