This is our third stay at Sunrise, but our first time in unit 401.Pros:Great view of the bay. Many manatee sightings.Nice kitchen appliances, ice maker was a plus.Beach/Pool Towels furnished as well as beach chairs, wagon, and various toys if you have kids.Great water pressure in the showers.Beds were comfortable.Walking distance to many restaurants, and the beach is across the street.Improvements:The dining table takes up too much room in the unit.One couch and one chair in the living room. So, if you had more than 2 people staying there, you didn't have enough room to relax.It could use a paint job with a bit of color to brighten the space. Many spackled holes weren't sanded or repainted. In the main bedroom, there was a cotton swab sticking out of a spackled hole. Not sure why, unless a guest put it there, assuming it may have been a spy camera hole.The back deck could use some new furniture. One rusting table, with chairs that are starting to come apart, plus a tall glass top round table that served no purpose.The TVs were tricky to figure out how to turn on. Way too many remotes in the living room.The sliding glass door did not lock, but thankfully, there was a metal bar you could put in the door track.
