    Welcome to Walking on Sunshine (#309). It's time to feel good! Enjoy both Sunrise & Sunset from this updated oversized 1 bedroom Gulf Front condo! Spend the days relaxing by the swimming pool or grab a beach chair and head to the beach! This end unit offers the best of both worlds! Relax on the east side balcony and enjoy early morning sunrise with your coffee or an early evening glass of wine while the sun sets on the Gulf Front terrace. This condo has been updated with newer furnishings, smart tv's and brand new towels and bedding! The unit is also equipped with a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience! If you don't feel like going to the beach you can lounge poolside before enjoying a game of putt putt across the street. There are several great restaurants with in a short distance. The property will include beach towels and beach chairs for your convenience. King sized bed in the bedroom and a brand new queen sized sofa bed in the living room. Comes with one assigned covered parking space. Elevator has been repaired.

    This property offers initial supplies for a 3 day stay. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest.

Great condo! Balconies were perfect. There were beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels in the condo. This stretch of beach isn’t super crowded. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for a relaxing vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This clean condo is in an excellent location! It is within walking distance from many coffee shops and restaurants. It has front and rear balconies so you can see the sunrise and set.

Wonderful condo, awesome location!

We love this condo and its location is just perfect! The condo was clean and perfectly situated on the beach, nicely updated and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and feel like home away from home! We will definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location

We loved being able to walk outside and be on the beach and also being able to look at the ocean from our balcony. The place was perfect for the 2 of us. Plenty of great restaurants nearby also.

Overall this was a great condo, expect the mattress was terrible and caused my husband and I bodily pain and we're only in our 40's. The host tried giving us a mattress cover with little cushion that didn't help at all. We needed up going to Walmart and buying a really nice air mattress which slept much better. Otherwise, it was a really a great condo. They really need to replace that mattress.... It felt like it was 20 years old. LOL!

Wonderful Time

This location is perfect. It had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. The manager checked in on us during our stay and even helped me recover some personal items that were left behind. We will definitely return for another visit soon!

Great place for a beach get-away!

The condo was light, bright and beautifully decorated. Bedding was very comfortable and kitchen well-stocked. Beautiful balcony with great vies of the beach and sunsets!

Perfect beachfront location

We loved our stay here. You couldn’t ask for a better location with gorgeous views. The condo was well equipped with everything from kitchen equipment to beach equipment. Highly recommend renting chairs from Beach Service West if you don’t feel like carrying down chairs and umbrellas (although the condo does have those for you).

Spring get Away

It was absolutely beautiful sitting on the balcony in the evening watching the sun set. The unit was nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfy. We really enjoyed our week at "Walking on Sunshine"

Beach trip!

Our stay was perfect! The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean which is a must for us. Wonderful location and I view that was stunning. Even saw dolphins several mornings while sitting on the balcony. Great location as well for little places to eat and pick up groceries if you need. Would absolutely come back!

Perfect Getaway

This is our second year coming to this condo. It fits everything our family is looking for in a perfect beach getaway. It sits on the ocean so you don’t even have to go down to the beach to enjoy the amazing views. Plenty of space for my family three. Full kitchen, washer, dryer,. The location is very relaxed, which is great for plenty of space on the beach in the day and the pool is never crowded.
