With a direct open beach and Gulf view from the private balcony, you can't help but find serenity with your morning coffee or your sunset glass of wine. The beach and pool are just steps from the condo, and you're away from all the crowds so you can always find plenty of space to spread out.



The condo has been completely updated and refurnished with new wood flooring and ceramic tile, window coverings, trim and paint, new furniture, and upgraded electronics. The beach-facing master bedroom, with private bath, is furnished with a comfortable King size bed, and leads out to the balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds, and is located towards the front of the condo giving space for privacy for kids or other guests.



The complete kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to make coffee to a full five-course meal. All beach and bath towels are provided, as well as complete sets of linens and even a couple of beach chairs.



The condo is setup with washer and dryer, free high speed WiFi Internet service, free long distance telephone service to the U.S. and Canada, and is located close to restaurants, shopping, and activities of all kinds.



Please note, the condos in this building are restricted to a maximum of four guests each.
