The private balcony may be accessed from the living room and master bedroom, offering welcome shade until late afternoon. Sunset views are guaranteed from the balcony 365 days of the year! Free Wifi. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

The unit sleeps six comfortably with 1 king and 2 twins & sleeper sofa in living area. There are 2 TVs in the condo, one in the master bedroom and a flat-screen in the living room. The non-smoking unit has its own washer and dryer, with a designated parking space, and there are ample BBQ facilities provided.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

Our friendly staff will provide local information and guidance, as well as general office services including copier and print boarding passes.
